Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable old sluice valve from existing position and supply and fixing in replacement CI Sluice valve of 150mm dia bore, seated gate valve with pocket less body, SS Stem (AISI 410), EPDM coated DI wedge 100% vaccum tight design with toroidal sealing rings & over 250 micron epoxy coating in PN 1.6 designed to BS:5163/IS:14846 Non-Rising stem type with gear wheel operation with including necessary arc/gas welding with flange as per existing pipe line , tail pics of MS Pipe as per site requirement not less than 350mm length, dia of tail peace as per existing pipe ,stainless steel spindle of suitable length including suitable size nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket all as required and directed at site.

All as per Srl No 04 but for sluice valve size 100mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for MS Flange of inner dia 150 mm , 100mm, 50mm, 80mm, and 305 mm outer dia of thickness 28.57 mm having 8 holes drilled for and for jointing with the existing pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified. and directed.

Supply and Fixing joint for 150mm, 100mm, 80mm , 50 mm nominal size pipes comprising of one 3.0 mm steel reinforced compressed asbestos fibre gasket and incl 8 Nos 19.05mm dia ,nut bolt of size M30 and 125mm length and 02 nos washer 3 mm thick and 5 mm thick gasket of required size and shape for each joint pipe /fittings/bends etc complete all as specified and directed and Engr-in-charge.

M & L for powder type calcium hypochlorite Grade-I (Bleaching Powder) suitable for purification of water sepreding all over the water in tanks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply And Fixing in replacement of Air release valve DI Single Chamber, Tripple Action with Ss floating And working parts & Fb Expoxy coating in PN1.6 of size 150mm conforming to IS 14845 incl 8 Nos 19.05mm dia ,100mm long Nut ,bolts, 2 nos washer incl 3 mm thick gasket of required size and shape complete for jointing with the existing pipes, duly welded with pipes/fittings bends properly to both the plain ends complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting down leaking piece of pipe 150 mm. Cut down the rusted & leaking portion , providing:- (i) new piece of MS Pipe of 100 mm upto 0.50 metre long. (ii) New union socket 100 mm - 1 Nos. (iii) Jointing the new pipe with existing old pipe by means of welding to make it leakproof including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be included for (a) Necessary excavation/earth work (b) New MS pipe 100 mm upto 0.50 metre length (c) union & socket 100mm - 1 Nos each. (d) welding etc complete including testing on complete.

M & L for removing existing sludge from reservoir & depositing the sludge upto 100 m distance & cleaning , scrapping down deposit from floor & wall , washing the walls/floor with bleaching powder in the reservoir of following capacity, including marking of tank level writing work with synthetic enamel paint on the wall (capacity , date of cleaning, date of next cleaning , location etc.) complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for providing calcium based high strength chlorinator (Calcium Hypochloride) for water disinfectant as granular form in factory sealed HDPE container (45 / 50 kg per container) having, chlorine concentration level not less than 65% and adding/mixing as per direction of Engr-in-Charge to maintain water quality as Per IS 10500:2012, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and Construction of new brick masonary pit of size 150x120x90 Cm internal size with MS Sheet 3MM Thick and angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm duly painted with 2 cots of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including locking arrangement with lock with 3 keys, lifting handle and includng excavation / earth work, PCC in foundation, brick work , plaster including demolaton of existing pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for anchorage blocks for pipe line/making good the cut portion of roads/paths/hard standings etc including necessary from work where required , to support the pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Two coats of synthetic enameled paint (tint of paint as directed) over one coat of red oxide primer on surfaces including preparation of old surfaces of any description including fittings, Gate valve and NRV etc complete pump sets upto tanks and complete pipe lines inside distribution tank area to delivery gate valve in pit chamber and writing names/letters using white paint for inside pumphouse, Pump, delivery head, NRV, Sluice Vlave complete as directed at different locations of water supply installation at kasauli complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out old u/s worn out MS/CI/GI pipe line flanged type 150 mm bore including fittings complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets etc and removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- New pipes shall be laid first at spring area and old ones to be taken out later.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing hot finished seamless carbon steel pipe not less than YST-240, grade B as per ASTM A 106, Sch 40, nominal size NPS-150 mm, outer dia 164.22 mm, with nominal wall thickness 7.11 mm and weight 28.26 Kg/ mtr, including short pieces as required at site, laid in trenches/over RCC pillars/across or under bridges/along hill side (up or down)/culverts/inside valve pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE:- (i) Excavation Earth work, PCC, seamless pipe fittings, MS flanges & flanged joints shall measured and paid for separatly under relevant items. (ii) Work will be carried out in piecemeal loacations experienced based on break downs and weaker sections of existing rising main as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) Any other expenses including permision from state authorities are included under this item.

S & F in repair/replacement Steel reinforced compressed asbestos fibre gasket of 3.0 mm thickness for 150mm nominal size pipes comprising of suitable holes for attachments, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L in replacement of Fire point of size 180x50x180cm including base of PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate of size 180x60x60 cm having roof cover of corugated sheet includind paints of all MS Angles 40x40mm of thickness 5 mm of all fire point providing with hooks for hanging buckets including fire beater and fire hook with wooden handle and 04 Nos red color fire buckets provided with sand and water marking and base of PCC for fire cylinders complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F in replacement of Acrylic board for all pump set and for all panels and other important items at various water supply installtion under GE Kasauli, blue board with white color letters of 10 CM and acrylic board of size 50X20 CM including fixing on suitable place with stand or other material complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L for brick work with class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, bilt in cement mortar 1:4 for trechs and other work on various water supply installtion including demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement lime plaster 1:1:6 on various water supply installtions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S& F for Plates plain or chequered channels, MS iron angles square cut or notched with riveted, bolted or welding attachement ( FE 410-W(Gde-E-250)quality) A for valve pit covers, water tanks; water troughs and other simliar work cut to size, holes pounched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to steel framing with plain 40 mm lap jaoints with riveted or welded seams, including MS iron angles for gates in fencing including making Gate opening with lock arrangement and lock with 3Keys etc. as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Amount of credit of Rs. 121517.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
