Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete,brick work,masonary etc. any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out in soft/ loose soil including removing surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for posts and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets incl all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. ,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly steel or iron surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of red oxide primer on embedded portion of posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly steel or iron surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining resecuring only of existing steel barbed wire of any dia / size including making good staples complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire any size / any numbers of row from posts complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed fixed in repair with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed fixed in repair (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level including removing rubbish complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rubber moulded vibratory precast cement concrete rubberised interlocking paver block (coloured) ISI Marked , pre polished of any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade and over and including 25mm average thickness sand cushioning including PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) benching to discontinuous edges of the Paving incl dismantling of old paver block complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.,

M&L for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass , sub base concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, heath or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic coloured exterior floor tiles 10 mm thick (square) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but not exc. 0.11 sqm, fo Design and pattern as approved by GE a .in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles , laid over and incl 15mm thick screed bed cm 1:4, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast louvres and jallies, in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B 0 using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate set in CM 1:6, 40 mm thick (measured solid), including all mould- ings but excluding frame including dismantling old cement concrete jalli complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of any tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) flooring surface fair finished even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall surfaces etc including raking out joints hacking for key , scrubbing down down with water etc complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillar etc.including rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks,old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Brickwork (except brick) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old bricks obtained from demolition shall be reused.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work in CM 1:6, finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on other than fair face of brick work in CM 1:6, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in road side kerb stone set and jointed in CM1:6 including inserting in ground , with plain fair faces,including chamfers , weatherings,throat- ing etc. complete with joints to match including dismantling and removal of old kerbstone out side Def land, of any size, shape, location complete all as specified and directed .

Desilting of drain / culvert by Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft loose soil complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preperation of concrete Surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and applying two coats of water base road marking paint on surface with a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, door chowkats of angle or other section and similar works complete of Gde Fe-290 Gde E-165 including welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel section for framed/chowkhat work incl cutting to requied length, welding as in doors or gate of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings(exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, conformng to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.
