Bulk/entire quantity to be procured from those Bidders who have satisfactory performance in the past with S. E. Rly. or Zonal Railways including the production units for tender item with same/equivalent specification/drawing as per clause 2.6.1 of SER Instruction to Tenderers and General Conditions of Tender.

Item is restricted to be procured from OEM or their authorized dealers. Authorized dealers must submit Tender specific authorization certificate from OEM, failing which their offer will not be considered.

Authorized agent should submit post warranty AMC authorization, issued by OEMs along with service center address and other documents with regard to authorized service center.

Tenderers must attach/disclose their product catalogue Technical specification/Make and model no. of offered product, failing which, the offer shall be summarily rejected.

CAMC : Railways may at it's own discretion, either enter into comprehensive annual maintenance contract (CAMC) for the equipment with the firm for a period of 4 years after completion of mandatory warranty of 36 Months as per above rate. In the event that the Railways enters into a Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) with the firm as per above, the terms and conditions shall be governed by tender condition , and the rates quoted by the firm shall remain binding on the firm. Further,Firm will have to submit a Performance Guarantee of 5% of CAMC Value with a validity of six monthsbeyond the CAMC period.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspected will be done by Consignee after supply and installation of equipment.

Offers received without make/brands or with vague mentions are liable to be rejected. Model No. along with the brand should be disclosed wherever applicable.

Bidders are requested to go through Clause No. 32.0 (32.1 to 32.6) of SER Instruction to Tenderers and General Conditions. Bidders should confirm following certificate for Compliance. (a) I have read the clause Sr. No. 32 of Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract attached with the tender regarding restrictions on procurement from a bidder of a country which shares a land border with India or bidder who has a specified Transfer of Technology (T.O.T) arrangement with an entity from a country which shares a land border with India and on sub-contracting to contractors from such countries. (b) I certify that this bidder is neither from such a country nor have a specified Transfer of Technology (T.O.T) arrangement with such an entity from a country which shares a land border with India and will not sub-contract any work to a contractor from such countries unless such contractor is registered with the Competent Authority. I also certify that this bidder will not offer any products/services of entity from such countries unless such entity is registered with the Competent Authority. (c) I hereby certify that this bidder fulfils all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. (d) I hereby acknowledge that in the event of acceptance of my bid on above certificate and if the certificate is found to be false at any stage, the false certificate would be a ground for immediate termination of contract and further legal action in accordance with the Law. (Bidders confirming this certificate for Compliance shall select Yes in the Complied column. However, in case you do not confirm above certificate for Compliance, select NO in complied column. The bidders are required to submit the certificate for Compliance as per Annexure-8 Instructions to tenderers and general conditions of tenders for supply contract along-with their Bid/Offer.)

MSEs who are interested in availing themselves of the MSE benefits will enclose with their offer the copy of UDYAM Registration Certificate ONLY as per para 3.0 of the Instruction to Tenderers and General Conditions of Tender attached.
