PROVISION OF FLOOR TILES, ALUMINIUM SLIDING WINDOWS AND ELECTRICAL FITTINGS AND FIXTURES AT ROOM NO.35 OF CQA (ICV) YEDDUMAILARAM, OFFICE PREMISES UNDER GE, GOLCONDA

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Vitrified Ceramic light shade tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match flooring( in any pattern) and jointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor 15 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6 and pointed with coloured cement matching with surfaces of tiles as in floor complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 02 above but for vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps over 10mm thick backing coat in cement plaster 1:3 finished even and fair to receive tiles.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

Supply and fix Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors frames, shutters windows frames sliding shutters, ventilators, grills and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 4mm thick sheet glass & wire cloth will be measured and paid separately

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, and sheet glass is ground or obscured or frosted on one side fixed in aluminium door/window/ventilator glazing with rubber beading complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.00 mm & fixed with stainless steel wire, staples all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, plinth protection, aprons etc. Laid, bed-ded and pointed in any mortar,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.
