SCHEDULE 'A' PART- I Repairs/ maintenance of fire detection and fire alarm system complete with Micoprocessor based fire alarm control panel installed in Hospital, Fire Station & Guard Room ( 8 Nos) including attendIing fire alarm system faults, testing, checking and replacement of unserviceable minor components i.e nuts, bolts, washers etc other than mentioned in schedule here-in after :- (a) RF translator wireless device (b) RF expander wireless device (c) Optical thermal detector (heat & smoke) (d) Manual call point wireless device (e) Analogue addressable dual rellay controller (f) Transmitter-receiver type beam detecter of 5-100m range (g) Analogue addressable multi-sensor (h) Analogue addressable manual call point (j) Analogue addressable single monitor input module (k) Respones indicator for detector on false ceilling (l) Addressable loop powered wall sounder beacon (m) Addressable loop powered base sounder beacon (n) 2 core x 1.5 sq mm. multistrand copper cable (o) 4 core x 1.5 sq mm. multistrand copper cable

Note :- i) Contractor shall provide 01 skilled technician for testing of fire fighting system of buildings as per schedule to be issued by the users. The cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. ii) Minor Items like fuses, loop cards, detectors circuits required at site to make the system functional shall be included in the quoted rate. iii) Technician shall report daily to JE E/M regarding maintenance of work at site. iv) Skilled technician shall having through knowledge with at least 02 (Two) years practical experience of fire alaram system. v) Duty roaster for fire alarm technician including reliver for every month shall be submitted and get approved from Engineer-in-Charge. Technician shall be available as per the duty roaster otherwise penalty @ Rs 1500.00 per day of absent shall be recovered from the payment.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART- II Supply & fixing in repairs maintenance free battery of capacity 12 V 7 AH dry type ISI marked complete all as specified.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning in repairs RF translator wireless device which can control upto 2 detectors modules or signlling devices, configuration through manual or PC software up to 32 fully intelligent wireless field devices,operating at frequency of 865-867 MHz status indication via 3 LEDs, IT communicates with the control panel via loop, radio transmission range 150m in free air, operating frequency channels 7 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning in repairs RF expander wireless device, two orthogonal antennas for sfe radio communications, operating at frequency range of 865-867 MHz 7 bi-directional data channels, range of RF transmission is 150 metres in free space can boosted, oprating frequency channels 7 complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning in repairs optical thermal detector (heat & smoke) radiolinked optical thermal detectors both with an optical sensing chamber based on the principle of scattered light as well as with a rate of rise thermal sensor. The detectors communicates with a fire dectection control panel in loop technology via the loop RF interface acid lithium batteries are accommodated in the detector base one as backup.
