| 1.01 | Cleaning and disinfection of Clear Water Reservoir (CWR) and Over Head Service Reservoir (SR) with mechanized equipment such as high pressure jet pump for cleaning of under sides of clear water tanks, removal of sludge and other foreign matter in tank if any. The sludge from the tank would be removed in the shape of sludge slurry with the mechanized pump.A Work Specification,Mechanized cleaning of storage tank comprises of 6 stages as mentioned belowStage-I Mechanised dewatering. Stage-II Desilting and removal of left over dirty water and sludge with a sludge removal pump. Stage-III Cleaning of wall, ceiling and floor by high pressure water jet with the help of equipment which creates a pressure of 100 150 Bar. Stage-IV Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vaccum cleaner. Stage-V Spraying of non toxic, bio-degradable, ecofriendly anti bacterial agent certified by a Govt. approved laboratory to disinfect the tank from all harmfull pathogens. The dose utilised should be safe as per the OECD guidelines 423 adopted on 17 Dec. 2001. Stage-VI Treatment of inside tank by exposing UV radiation to kill further suspended or floating bacteria if any. The contractor will specify the date of cleaning of tanks on each SR and CWR. The contractor has to execute the cleaning work 2 times in a year(at every six months)B Eligibility Criteria of Experience1 Contractor having experience for executing similar order for value equal or more than Rs. 10.06 lacs. 2 Contractor having experience for cleaning single tank sizing more than or equal to 10.80 lac litres, 60 percent of maximum capacity 18.0 lac litre with similar process. 3) Contractor should be ESI and PF registered. 4) Execution team should be tested as medically fit by authorized Doctor. 5) Certificate for non toxicity of anti bacterial as per the OECD guidelines, need submitted by the contractor.The work specifications and Eligibility is required as per office order no.
