Repair and Renovation of Residential Quarters Building of Sub-Jail at R.Udayagiri for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation in foundation in ordinary soil including hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders (except sheet rock & boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, Cess & T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance royality, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm (1/2") size clean crusher broken grantie chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and levelling in position to required level including frame work where necessary ramming and levelling cruing dewatering with cost conveyanceand royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, & labour of all materials including hire and running charges of machineries T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including racking out joints 12mm deep (1/2”) and removing the debris within 50m lead including cost of all labour with T & P, Cess required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with royalty, DMF (10% over royalty), EMF (5% over royalty) & Addl. Charges, Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing doors & windows and ventilators including removal of frames, hinges fastening, stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris with in 50m lead withcost of all labour, T&P & Cessetc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & Providing, of M.S. panneled Door/Window double leaved with MS frame and grill over all sized including frame made out of following materials conforming to relavant ISS frame 35x35x6mm M.S. Angle window panel 1.00mm C.R.sheet panel stiffener convering width of each leaf 19x5mm M.S flat 2 Nos of each leaf hinges size 100mm 4 nos (2 nos an each side) bought out ofISS hold fast 35x35x6mm M.S. angle 100mm length bifurcated tip 2 nos on one side handle 19x5mm flat 2 Nos fabricated (Inside) tower bold 4 Nos bought out as per ISS including cost,conveyance, of all materiasl andwith T&P & Cess in all respect and as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer over iron work including cost of primer with sand papering, polishing the surface in all respectwith cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting one coat with any approved paint over a coat of priming to Iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
