M&L for repair to pot holes any depth n exc 1 sqm incl preparing surfaces using pressure blower using compressor for removing caked mud etc to remove all loose dirt etc and cutting around edges at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premix as specified for thin bituminious carpet (2cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cum if sand), again well rammed (including supply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n exc 30mm) complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam surface in area not exceeding 400 sqm and depth exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep including removing not exceeding 50m and stacking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradien and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of Unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags, to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and other deleterious materials including Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting using power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS-1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0. 7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and paving bitumenof grade VG-30 as binder with 4% by the weight of total mix laid using self propelled mechanical paver, (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less as required) rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 ton capacity to required camber and gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of surfaced black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags, to remove all loose dirt/dust etc and other deleterious materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete averaging 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using asphalt mechanical mixer plant & consolidated with 8 to 10 ton power road roller to reqd level gradient camber and super elevation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of M-35 Grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with Grey cement with pigment cement tiles of any shape and size laid over & including 50 mm thick sand filling (including watering and consolidation), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs for 80 cm dia outdoor traffic convex mirror for road safety in blind curves with ABS body red in colour round shape with 130 degree angle, mounted on MS steel tube of size 65mm dia minimum height of 2 meters to be embedded below the ground in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly clamping / bolting the base plate of the post inside the concrete complete all specified and directed

M&L for Preparation of black bituminous road surfaces and applying one coat of thermo plastic road marking paint minimum 2mm thick and not exceeding 10 cm width, with reflectorizing glass beads at 250 to 300 grams/ Sq m applied as per IRC:35 in lines, arrow, dashes & letters with an applicator machine and heated mixer, with stirring mechanism at required temperature as per manufacturer's instruction, laid uniformly and finishing the surface as directed to a true level, paint conforming to BS-3262 Part I & II of 1989 etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Colour of paint shall be as approved by GE.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in repairs retro reflective Mandatory/ Regulatory sign boards of 900 mm diametre with support length of 3750 mm and made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm c/c to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25x25x3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 Nos. M.S. angles of size 35x35x5 mm to a vertical post made up to M.S. Tee section ISMT 50x50x6 mm welded with base plate of size 100x100x5 mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size,

steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS-Tee support to be painted in black and white colours).Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
