Applying of bonding coat by using cement slurry added with polimer additive CERA POLYSTER LATEX over the exposed RCC surface or brick surface as per manufacturers mix and application specification.

Providing cement plastering CM 1:3 over the dismantling RCC portion up to a thickness 15-20mm with cement mortar admixed with CERA MICROSEAL at 500gms per bag of cement. The rate quoted includes cost of sand and admixture but excluding cost of cement and providing scaffolding.

Dismantling the damaged portion in RCC beams colums and ceiling without affecting the adjacent structure in all floors including the cost of required tools and plants and cleaning the debris from the site with an initial lead of 100 mts away from the buildings etc., complete Rate quoted does not included cost of providing scaffolding.
