Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

S&F angle iron posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of size 100mm x 100mm mesh complete all as specified and directed. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed .

Supply only mild steel round bars,flats,square bars ,cut to length,bent to shape conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair galvanised,2strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made),diameter of neck 5 to10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 5cm long including making holes on existing post without taking down complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

All as per Srl item No. 12 here-in-before but except bricks complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removing of rubbish & debris to a distance not exceeding100 metres complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling,sub base and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for sand filling under floor/foundation with washed and screened dry fine river sand including watering, well ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Machine pressed precast concret interlocking paver block, any shape and size, conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment (coloured) all as specified and directed .

M&L for Machine pressed precast concret interlocking paver block, any shape and size, conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment (coloured) all as specified and directed .

M&L for factory made Pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb stone with plain fair faces, smooth finish, including chamfering, weathering, throating etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including excavtion and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed and temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for brickwork with fly ash bricks or brick tiles in brick on- edge walls (less than ½ brick thick), built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in flooring, finishing surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 3,31,240.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material.
