REPAIR REPLACEMENT TO VARIOUS BR NATURE WORKS IN ZONE B AT AGE BR I UNDER GE MIS MHOW

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with modular size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 2.00 above but except brick. Note: Old bricks shall be re-used.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick masonry, stone masonry or concrete surfaces, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removing unserviceable material outside the cantonment area complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The work shall be executed in patches and at heights up to triple storey. (ii) The rate shall be deemed to include all necessary scaffolding, staging, working platforms, safety barricading, safety nets, PPE, lifting arrangements and all other safety measures required for execution of the work at all heights. (iii) No extra payment shall be made on account of height, patch work, scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, protection works, disposal of debris or any incidental item necessary for satisfactory completion of the work.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of concrete or brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The work shall be executed in patches and at heights up to 12m. (ii) The rate shall be deemed to include all necessary scaffolding, staging, working platforms, safety barricading, safety nets, PPE, lifting arrangements and all other safety measures required for execution of the work at all heights. (iii) No extra payment shall be made on account of height, patch work, scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, protection works, disposal of debris or any incidental item necessary for satisfactory completion of the work.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The work shall be executed in patches and at heights up to 12m. (ii) The rate shall be deemed to include all necessary scaffolding, staging, working platforms, safety barricading, safety nets, PPE, lifting arrangements and all other safety measures required for execution of the work at all heights. (iii) No extra payment shall be made on account of height, patch work, scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, protection works, disposal of debris or any incidental item necessary for satisfactory completion of the work.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surface of ceiling, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: The work shall be executed in patches and at heights up to 12m. (ii) The rate shall be deemed to include all necessary scaffolding, staging, working platforms, safety barricading, safety nets, PPE, lifting arrangements and all other safety measures required for execution of the work at all heights. (iii) No extra payment shall be made on account of height, patch work, scaffolding, staging, safety arrangements, protection works, disposal of debris or any incidental item necessary for satisfactory completion of the work.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper to newly plastered surfaces and applying a coat of plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thicness over plastered surface even and smooth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of old plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.
