Excavating in trenches nexc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc nexc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with old size sub class sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces, finished surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings with and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m high above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exceeding 50mm but not exceeding 100mm deep, area exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for removal of rubble/debris outside MoD land to a desiginated place earmarked by the local Administration.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) n exc 15 cm thick as in ground floors/pavings (below or above ground level) and removal of debris outside MoD land to a desiginated place earmarked by the local Administration.

M&L for plain cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors with and including necessary form work finished surgace even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 80mm thick Factory Made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or heavy traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Machine cut Kota stone slab flooring (of any type) over cement screed base laid and jointed, with grey cement slurrry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and asdirected.

M&L for 15 to 17 mm thick Machine cut Marble stone strips/ tiles (Makrana white) as in floors (border/strips) of width 75 to 100 mm laid over and including screed bed 20 mm thick in CM 1:6, jointed and pointed with grey cement slurrry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab with and including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound of Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed.
