Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description from brick or stone walls, including raking out joints, hacking surfaces for key, scrubbing down with water and thoroughly cleaning the surface, including necessary scaffolding, tools and tackles and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness, whether below or above ground level, including breaking into suitable pieces, removal of loose material and debris and cleaning the affected area ready for subsequent repair, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in landing slabs, chullah hoods, manhole covers, roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landings, chajjas and similar suspended works, including careful dismantling, cutting of reinforcement as necessary, removal of broken concrete and debris and cleaning of the affected area, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor, hearth, wall and other tiling, excluding backing, including careful removal of serviceable tiles without unnecessary damage, stacking of serviceable tiles at site and removal of loose/unserviceable portions, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including demolition of quoins, arches, pillars, precast concrete masonry and similar portions, including breaking into suitable sizes, removal of debris and cleaning of the affected area for carrying out new work, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters, without taking off shutters from the frames, not exceeding 1.50 m² each, including dismantling of holdfasts, fixtures and fastenings as necessary, careful removal and stacking of serviceable components, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters, without taking off shutters from the frames, exceeding 1.50 m² but not exceeding 4.00 m² each, including dismantling of holdfasts, fixtures and fastenings as necessary, careful removal and stacking of serviceable components, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, laid as plinth protection/path, including preparation and dressing of base, laying in suitable panels, proper compaction and finishing even and fair using extra cement, maintaining necessary slope for drainage, providing joints at required intervals and filling joints with bituminous mastic and sand in the proportion of 1:3 (one part bitumen and three parts sand), including curing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, laid in cills, copings, steps, tank staging, seismic and other similar courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 600 mm height, kneelers, kerbs and alike, including necessary formwork, placing, compacting, finishing, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles, throating and curing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 Type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as foundation concrete, including preparation and dressing of bed, mixing, laying, spreading, compacting, levelling and curing, including necessary formwork and all incidental works, complete all as specified and directed.
