REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE WATER TANKS, ROOF TREATMENT AND ALLIED SERVICES OF ZONE-III AND IV AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

S&F CPVC pipes 20 mm outer diameter of SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 and fittings as in walls, ceiling, floor, etc. including taking out old steel tubing of 15mm bore and connections complete all as specified and directed.

S&F CPVC pipes 25 mm outer diameter of SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 and fittings as in walls, ceiling, floor, etc. including taking out old steel tubing of 20mm bore and connections complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC with concrete cutter machine of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including taking out and separating old reinforcement and removal of debris to a distance not exc 50m and making site clean complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks exceeding 250 litre capacity and not exceeding 500 litre capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks exceeding 500 litre capacity and not exceeding 1000 litre capacity and removing to store, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of rotational moulded, multilayer HDPE water storage tank of 500 litres capacity( tripple layer wall construction , Cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 02 Nos 20 mm bore full threaded GI nipple of required size including ball valves 20 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 20mm - 210gms) including refixing of inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc and 20 mm bore gun metal, glove or gate valves ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of rotational moulded, multilayer HDPE water storage tank of 1000 litres capacity( tripple layer wall construction , Cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 02 Nos 20 mm bore full threaded GI nipple of required size including ball valves 20 mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 20mm - 210gms including refixing of inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc and 20 mm bore gun metal, glove or gate valves ISI marked with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories). complete including necessary scaffolding upto any height, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC(SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including necessary scaffolding upto any height,complete all as specified and directed.
