Routine maintenance and repair including renewal / replacement of minor defective parts of electrically operated lift of capacity 08 passenger (544 Kgs), fully down collective with microprocessor based control panel, automatic operated sliding doors, service ground plus upper two floors (G+2). MAKE - THYSSENKRUPP ELEVATOR(India) Co Ltd. installed at 178 MH Bldgs including carrying out the daily check and routine periodical service as mentioned in PS of fully automatic electric lift with power operated door to examine, lubricate & adjust the equipment and to carry out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise trained skilled mechanics and engineer. The monthly services includes cleaning the machine room equipments, Clean & lubricate hoist way equipment & entrances, Cleaning the pit equipment, Greasing & oiling the bearings and guides, Cleaning lift cabin, car & all landing doors, Equalize the tension of all hoisting ropes. During the routine check up of lift if any parts of lift found to be replaced then the following spares will be replaced which are covered in the contract without any extra cost such as fuses, controller diode, buzzer, resistance 2K5, 24VDC OEN relay, 110VDC OEN relay, reed switches, M-card, 5V SMPS, VMVF card, VEVR card, car guide shoes, center guide shoes, LOP switches, COP switches and wiring of the control panel and inside the cabin, cabin fan, cabin light including tube light fitting complete to ensure safety and smooth operation of lift - 01 No
