Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick galvanised corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type bolts and washers, in roof covering, walls cladding etc, with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour as approved by GE, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar including coping etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 17 here in before but except bricks. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition under item no. 16 here-in-before shall be reused under this item complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for path/paving/hard standing/floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, finished the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : This item shall not be operated as sub base for floor tiles.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in benching, coping, fixing hold fasts etc. including all necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:1.5:3, type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

There shall be 80 circles in each 9mtr length ,No of clips in each 9m-200 Nos, Central core wire 12 SWG hot galvanized height stenciled wire: UTS -145-160 Kg/Sq mm: Razor strip-0.5mm thick hot dipped galvanized and length 19mm: clips 1.5mm thick made of SS AISI 410 all complete all as specified and as directed.. M&L for making groove of size 12 mm x 12 mm along the crack line and sealing the same with epoxy putty of approved make as per manufacture specifications after making the crack and washing with water complete all as spcified and as directed.

Supplying, mixing and coving the edges along the joint of retaining wall & base slab with cement sand mortar 1:4 mixed with polymer bonding aid Chemicals @ 2.50 Litre / bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Nitobond SBR of Fosroc

M&L for cementitious Injection Grouting by fixing 12 mm dia galvanized iron / PVC nipples including drilling hole of required diameter upto 40 mm to 80 mm of half the thickness of member (whichever is less), at required spacing but not exc the spacing of member or 300 mm including cutting the projected portion of nozzle in the level of surface and sealing off the nozzles with RENDROC PLUG of FOSROC or equivalent as per manufacture specifications and cementitious injection grouting with cement slurry 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 water) by weight including mixing of grout compound (CEBEX 100 of FOSROC or equivalent) as per manufacture specifications,in cracks under low pressure up to 0.50 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning of existing surface from contaminants such as grease, coal tar and oil based products etc with wire brush and findout the sources of leakages, old loose plaster, sharp edges, rough surfaces that could damage the membrane should be removed and surface will be made clean, dry,and smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat of Nitocote CM210, an elastomeric cementitious coating approved under the UK WBS Scheme No.0510522 upto a thickness of 2 mm. The cured coating, after immersion, shall be capable of withstanding cracked substrate cyclic movement from 0 - 300 - 0 microns at 15°C for 6,000 cycles without failure. It shall have the capability to resist a positive water pressure of 5 bar as per DIN 1048,Pt 5 and a negative water pressure of 2 bar when tested to ITM / FTM-181. The cured coating, shall have the capability to static crack accommodation 0.9mm with Abrasion resistance as per ASTM D4060 : Wear Index with CO diffusion resistance > 50 m.Application should be as per Fosroc methodology.

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured/printed ceramic tiles 300x200x7mm/350x250x7 mm /450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles in floor, area exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.
