Repair and Maintenance of Infrastructure Assets in R-I division during 2026-27.

Operation & Maintenance and Cleaning of five fountain systems i.e. 1) Patel Chowk R/A fountain, 2) Aditya Sadan R/A fountain, 3) Windsor R/A fountain, 4) Ambedkar Vatika fountain & 5) Mansingh Road-Ashoka Road R/A fountain. The fountain's water body must be cleaned a minimum of twice a month or more frequently as per the direction issued to maintain transparency in water. The maintenance includes the repair of all electrical, and mechanical systems like repair/ rewinding of motors/ pump sets of all power in single or three phases, electric panels & their accessories, CVD, DCC controller, LED lights, fittings, fixtures, MCBS, Overload relay. fountain water pipes, nozzles, nozzle drum, wiring, renewing wire joints, other related similar items etc., checking electrical connections and repair of related faults if any. The timings/Intervals/ shifts for the operation of fountain systems will be as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. No extra payment shall be made for any fault or repair etc., and the same shall be rectified/ repaired by the agency at their own cost. The agency shall also arrange uploading photos of running fountains as per scheduled intervals in WhatsApp group as per the direction of the Engineer in charge. Conditions 1. The timing of the operation of the fountain may vary each day or season by season. 2. The maximum non-operational period for any fountain shall be 48 hours only during routine cleaning and fault repair etc. in once a month. 3. The water & electricity will be supplied free of cost by the deptt. 4. In case of a major fault no payment shall be deducted for Non-operation of the fountain for the first 02 days and thereafter recovery/penalty @ Rs. 2000/- per fountain system per day will be made from the bill. All complete as per direction and entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge.
