Providing and fixing of Ist quality ceremic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of approved marks, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqmt.including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing of vetrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less then 0.08% and confirming to IS: 15622, of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm. including grouting the joints with white cement and matchng pigments etc.complete in all respect. The size 600x600mm.

Kota stone slab flooring 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to mtch the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 25mm thick. Parkng 10*8mtrs.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint:-

In grating, framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, stair case railing and similar works including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge:-

a)Suspended floors, roofs, landings,shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect. :-

Tor steel.

White glazed tiles 6mm thick in flooring, treads, of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement.

Supplying and straining and fixing of mild steel galvanised wire mesh to wood concrete and or to straining boards including securing with galvanised iron staples or pins etc. as directed complete in all respect.

Providing and laying D.I.specials of class K-12 suitable for push on jointing as IS: 9523 upto 600mm dia.

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete.80mm dia.

Half brick masonry 7cm.thick with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non mudular) brick of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:3(1cement:3 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level upto floor to level.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws including all leads and lifts in:-a) 40mm thick deodar wood 2nd class.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with readymixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.:-

With readymixed paint other than white.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give an final matter finish to the surface complete.

Wall painting (one coat) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on decorated wall surface to give an even shade i/c thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint or approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove dirt, loose or softened paint including all leads and lifts.
