Providing and fixing aluminium composite panel (ACP) 4mm thick (0.50+3.00+50mm) on anodized aluminium frame work using JINDAL/INDAL or equivalent box section of size 50x50x2mm thick and 40x40x3mm anodized aluminium angle at not more than 0.60 mtrs centre to centre spacing as per actual requirement at curves, junctions, jointed with all necessary fixtures such as cleat agles, brackers screws etc fixed to ceiling with necessary high performance imported double side CHB tapes, structural seatant (DOWCORNING No. 789, 998) fixed so as to transfer the weight of Alcon panels (ACP) to aluminium frame work and to avoid undue stress on silicon sealant, closing the grooves (12-16mm) with weather grade silicon sealant ensuring the whole system water proof, rigid against wind using conversion resistant hardware necessary paints thermal expansion/contration mechanism etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (for walling).

Providing and fixing pre-painted galvalume (PPGL) steel profile sheets AZ-150 of brand of Tata blue scope Steel/Everest Industries Limited, JSW Steel Limited, Jindal India Limited or or equivalent (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.50%), total coated thickness with aluminium zinc coating 150 gsm as per IS: 277 in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws (Xylan) of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 river sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Extra for providing and mixing hardening compound of approved quality as per manufacturer’s specification in cement concrete.

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer- In-charge complete in all respect.

SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer

Providing and fixing plain AC sheet strips in joints of terrazo/cement concrete floors.

providing and fixing 1.50/2 HP electrical (mortar) pump model no. KDS- 235+ 2.0 50x40 1P of kirloskar make including necessary fitting all complete as directed by engineer in charge (suction 50mm & delivery 40mm).

Providing and fixing single scaffolding system on the exterior side with 100mm dia bamboo 1.5 mtrs centre to centre horizontal and vertical jointing with coir rope with provided staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracing, runners connectin with the building etc with essential safety features for the workman etc complee as per the direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.
