Cleaning and gauging of tube by soda.
Repairing / soldering of tubes or changing of core.
Assembling of shroud, side plate, top tank, bottom tank and middle tank portion etc.
Testing of Radiator.
Providing of Gasket (Size 1/16”) (06 Kg each radiator)
Providing of soda (02 Kg each radiator)
Providing of acid HNO3 (200 Gram each radiator)
Providing of Zinc (200 Gram each radiator)
Providing of solder (200 Gram each radiator)
Part-B Radiator core dismantling, cleaning the core, assembling the core of 01 No. CAT777D, 100T dumper.
Dismantling of shroud, side plates, top tank, bottom tank and middle tank
Cleaning of gasket & its fitment
Cleaning and gauging of each tube of core by soda.
