BED HARD WITH PLY TOP FD-246:- (a) Removing the existing Unserviceble/broken long rail and S& F New Ist class teak wood long rail of size 90x35x1980mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(b) Removing the existing Unserviceble/broken short rail and S& F New Ist class teak wood short rail of size 60x60x900mm all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable stiffener and provision of new stiffener I st class teak wood all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable leg on head board side and S & F Ist class teak wood leg of size 60x60x660mm including french polish all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) Removing the existing unserviceable leg on foot board side and S & F Ist class teak wood leg of size 60x60x500mm including french polish all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(f) Removing the existing unserviceable /damaged of head board frame and S & F new head board frame including provision of 12mm dia half cut round teak wood beading all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(g) All as per Item No 6.0 above but for foot board frame

(h) Removing the existing unserviceable /damaged 4mm thick plywood from both side of head board frame and S & F new 4mm thick plywood one side teak vennered face for both sides of head board frame including provision of 12mm dia half cut round teak wood beading all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(j) All as per Item No 8.0 above but for foot board frame

(k) Removal of existing unserviceble plywood carefully and Supply and fix 12mm thick BWR grade of size 1830x900mm with screws all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-19(M)/ 256/359,FD/MAP-II/05,06) Continuous welding 20mm dia MS tube at hand rest frame joint, seat frame joint, back frame joint and seat to back frame stiffener joint of chair verandah all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint(White) over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

CHAIR VERANDAH (FD-19(M)/ 256) Provision of PVC bush hard of white colour approved make, fixed to legs of chair varandah including taking down old one as per drawing all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(d) Removal of existing unserviceable shelf of tables bed side and provision of new shelf made out of 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board one side teak and other side balancing white fixed with 4mm thick teak wood edging all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) Removal of existing unserviceable back plywood self of table bed side and provision of new plywood 6 mm thick BWR grade all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(f) Removal of existing unserviceable broken legs of table bed side and provision of new legs of Ist class hard wood (teak wood) top 50mmx25mm bottom and 100mm hight all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

TABLE DRESSING GENTS WITH MIRROR (FD-31 , 230,379):- (a) Removing the existing unserviceable broken mirror and S&F mew mirror of 5.5mm of thick size of 760x380mm complete all as specified and shown on drawings

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable frame of mirror and S&F new frame made out of 1st class teak wood and replace worn out of 6 mm thick plywood BWR grade back complete all as specified and shwon on drawings

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable table drawer and S&F new drawer made out of 12mm thick prelaminated particle board for front, 12mm thick 1st calss teak wood planks for sides and 6mm thick plywood for bottom complete all as specified and shown on drawings

(d) Removing the worn out plywood and S&F plywood BWR grade 6mm thick backing of table frame including tightening of loose components if any wooden screws complete as specified and directed Note:- Unit rate quoted for all the above items shall be deemed to include for connected minor reparis wherever necessary and one coat of french polishing the repaired Table dressing Gents with mirror.

TABLE DRESSING LADIES WITH MIRROR (FD-31, 230,379) : (a) Removing the existing unserviceable broken mirror and S&F new mirror 5.5mm of thick size 1220x365mm all as specified and shown on drawings

(b) Removing the existing unserviceable frame of mirror and S&F new 1st class teak wood frame of size 25x18 mm and replace the worn out ply wood with 6mm plywood BWR Grade complete all as specified and shown on drawings

(c) Removing the existing unserviceable top of table dressing ladies and S&F new top of table dressing ladies made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with 4mm thick teak wood beading all round all as specified and shown on drawings.

(d) Removing the existing unserviceable drawer of table dressing ladies and replacing with new drawer complete all as specified and shown on drawings

(e) Removing the existing unserviceable sliding glass and replacing with new sliding glass complete all as specified and shown on drawings Note:- Unit rate quoted for all the above items shall be deemed to include for connected minor reparis wherever necessary and one coat of french polishing the repaired Table dressing Gents with mirror.

(d) Removal of unserviceable three way locking device of almirah large with 8mm round MS rod and provision of new three way locking device with 8mm rod all as per drawing and duly applied with two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(e) All as per item No 192.0 above but almirah medium steel

(f) Removal of unserviceable worn out legs of Almirah large with shelves steel and provison of new MS legs of size 435mm x 70mm x 100 mm made out of 1.0 mm thick MS sheet all as per drawing duly applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and Legs fitted to almirah by continuous welding all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(g) All as per item No 194.0 above but almirah medium steel

(h) Removal of unserviceable shelf of Almirah large steel with shelves and replacing the same with new shelf made out of 1.00mm thick MS sheet made to shape as per drawing of size 910mm long and 435 mm width duly applied two coats of olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer . The shelf should be fixed to Almirah large steel with suitable 3mm MS Clips all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(k) Continuous welding of legs, MS Cover and Corner clips of Almirah large and medium steel all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

TABLE OFFICE OFFICER STEEL/TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL (FD-84(M)/ 1003/1004) : (a) Replacement of old unserviceable locks of tables steel of sorts and S&F with new locks of 04 levers brass of approved make with duplicate keys complete all as shwon on drawings & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(b) Removal of unserviceable drawer of table office officer steel and provision of new drawer made of 1mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with MS lock, 4 levers of approved quality all as per drawing and as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(c) All as per item No 200.0 above but table ofiice clk steel

(d) Continuous welding 25mm square MS tube to the top base frame joints, leg joints and stiffener joints of table steel and also supply and fix new 25mm squre pipe where required of sorts all as per drawing duly painting the affected portion with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(e)Removal of old unserviceable rubber shoe and S&F new hard rubber shoe of superior quality as approved and all as shown on drawings for steel tables

STEEL TABLES (FD-E6/MAP/03) Removing the old unserviceable Table tops & S&F with new tops made out of 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board (Exterior garde) of approved make and shade duly providing 6mm thick half round TW beading complete and complete all as specified in drawings and as directed for the following steel tables :- (a) Table Computer

FD-85 (M) All as per item ser No 204.0 above but for (b) Table office officer steel

FD-1003 All as per item ser No 204.0 above but for (c) Table office clerk steel of sorts

Chair Computer/Chair revolving/Chair excuitive revolving/ sorts of chair revolving high back (FD/E6/MAP/01 & TP) (a) Replacement of the existing of seat and back of any sorts of all type chair computer and replacement with new seat and back and colour shall be as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

(b) Replacement of UNSV of Hydraulic pressure systerm heavy duty 38mm dia of all type of chair computer/revolving and replacing new hydraulic pressure system heavy duty off fit to the chair revolving and all as specified and as directed

(c) Renewal of pedestal Assembly (base with wheel), injection moulded in black, 30% glass filled nylon,10.5mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin, press fitted in to each prong for holding the castors of 600mm pitch centre dia and to fit the chair revolving and allas specified and as directed

(d) Replacement of UNSV handle soft foam of all types of chair revolving/computer and replacing the new handle of soft foam of all types of chair revolving/computer any size with suitable to fix the nut & bolts including welding/broken joints and painting of steel surfaces of the chair with one coated synthetic enamil paint black shade complete all as specified.

TABLE COMPUTER (FD/E6/ MAP/08) :- S & F the following new parts after removing broken / unserviceable parts including tightening with screw to other members of the table and minor repair like welding & painitng, polishing of beading new parts shape & size made out complete all as specified and shown on drawing. (a) Table drawer made of 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board (Exterior grade) with 4mm teak wood beading fixed with to edges of drawer&75MM deep on telescopic channels with lock double key.

(b) All as per item No 211.0 here in before but pull out tray/Mouse tray with telescopic channels.

(c) All as per item No 211.0 here in before but complete side.

(d) All as per item No 211.0 here in before but complete CPU Box.

(e) All as per item No 211.0 here in before but Nylon buffers.

(f) All as per item No 211.0 here in before but PVC cover for legs size of 50X25mm.

CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS (FD/75(M)) (a) Dismantling, packing of carefully existing unserviceable seat frame of chair CB with arms of any discription in any position and supply and fixing new seat frame made out of 1st class teak wood with finished and canned with 1.8mm and boarded with 3.5mm plastic cane superior quality colour white in Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

(b) All as per item No 29 (a0 above but replacement of back frame of chair steel CB with arms and S&F new back frame made out of 1st class teak wood finished canned with 1.8mm and boarded with 3.5mm plastic cane superior quality colour white in Godrej pattern complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

(c) Removal of unserviceable arms rest of chair CB tubular steel with arms and provision of new arms rest of size 50mm x 25mm x 46mm made out of 1st class hard wood (teak wood) including polishing new members with french polish to a glossy finish and fixed with suitable screws and washer all as per drawing and specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

(d) Removal of unserviceable PVC shoes/Caps of chair CB tubular with arms and chair CB tubular without arms and provision of new PVC shoes/Caps as per standard size all as per drawing and as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

(e) Supply and fixing of MS flat iron 25 x 3 mm duly welded to seat frame of chair CBA steel with both side front and back and duly synthetic enamel painted with one coat of primer Red oxide and over it are coat of olive green paint complete and items srl No 217 to 220 all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL GLAGED (FD- 104): Removal of existing unserviceable 4 mm plain glass and supply and fix provision of new 4mm plain glass of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

BOOK CASE STEEL (FD-1028) : (a) Removal of unserviceable set of 4 locks with one key sets and provision of new 65mm 6 levers lock with duplicate keys set of 4 locks of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

(b) Removal of existing unserviceable 4 mm plain glass and supply and fix provision of new 4mm plain glass of approved quality all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

PAINTING TO STEEL FURNITURE (TP) (FD-1031/ 1033): M&L preparation of existing steel surfaces of internal and external surfaces including shelves by removing all dents filling with putty & spray painting with machine one coat of synthetic enamel paint OG/smoke grey (internal & extrenal) as indicated in drgs & as (in the Furniture Yard , Unit lines & Officer Qtrs) directed by Engineer-in- charge the following furniture (a) Almirah large steel with shelves/Almirah large steel 1/2 hg 1/2 shelves
