Thorough scrapping and Washing of plastered surface with soap, soda and water (or with soda lime, brush and water) for carefully removing the old plastered damaged lime plastering in the stone surfaces., etc Complete as per Departmental Standard.

Scraping the decayed lime plaster from the surface of Vimanams and Gopurams, carefully including isolated bricks or brickwork without damaging the vari vargams, racking out the joints, cleaning the surface with water, including all working in heights, hire charges for special tools, brushes complete superficial area including all folds - 100sft.

Pointing with Lime mortor LM 1:1.5 Mixing depth flush pointing works including cost of all materials, labours, etc complete.,

Providing Vargapoochu over the corewalls of Vimanams / Gopurams, with Lime mortar 1:1.5 complete including shaping the mukhapathram, mahanasi, Koodu all ornamentals works to proper shape by embedding broken bricks of shaped/chiseled bricks, rough-plastering with Combination Mortor1:1:4and finishing with final ornamental plastering and nayam theervani including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour therefore, lifting of materials, all working in heights, curing with water etc, complete including all extra for folding and including clearing from the vimanams/gopurams 100sft superficial area.

Plastering with Lime Mortar 1:1.5, 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with sta`ndard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (As per Standard data, Shedule Item No.300)

Laying and Fixing new cutstone flooring with 100mm thick stone of size (2' x 2') Joints are pointing with Lime mortor LM 1:1.5 mix 20mm depth flush pointing works including cost of all materials ,labour charges, scafolding and curing etc., completed as per specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Earth work excavation for foundation (for narrow excavation) in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers

R.R Masonary in cement mortar 1:5(one cement,and five crushed stone sand) for foundation and basement including simultaneously pointing above ground level with the same mortar etc.,complete

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using best quality II class Ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-1/2" x 3" for foundation and basement including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.

Paving the floor with best approved quality flamed ruby red Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 16 / 18mm thick similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting with multicolour (Panchavarnam) good water based exterior emulson paints complete for the Vinamans/Gopurams, including cost and conveyance of all materials, lobour charges including Artist painter, working in heights, lifting of material, cost of brushes etc, complete-which including all extra for foldings-100sft, superficial area.

Painting two coats with approved ready mixed water based emulsion paint with one coat of primer over the cement plastered wall surface ceiling and other new surface including clearing preparing the surface curing in all floors including brushes etc., complete.

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade.
