Supplying & fixing sheet metal bus-bar chamber suitable for 200 amp. 415 volts capacity with 4 Nos. copper strip bus-bars each of length 900mm & cross-sectional area (25.4mmx4.75mm), enclosure made from 1.6mm thick M.S. sheet having overall dimensions (980mmx450mmx150mm) nominal with all accessories including connections, earthing the body etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing following rating, four pole, 415 volts, On-load change over switch unit, AC 23 A duty, in sheet steel enclosure with handle operation, including drilling holes on the board, making connections, etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) 200 Amps.

Supplying and erection of wall mounted metal boards for switch gear mounting of suitable size, with permissible variation in size of plus minus 5mm, welded frame work make of M.S. angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick duly welded complete with 3mm thick M.S. sheet fixed with hinges as open able front, complete with locking arrangement including painting and bonding to the existing earth as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600mm x 600mm x 3mm thick, including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and water pipe etc. (but without charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for using salt and charcoal for G.I. or copper plate earth electrode complete as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25mmx5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for earth connections etc. as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of one No. aluminium conductor, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured / XLPE power cable, working voltage 1100 volts grade direct in ground to be laid one meter below the ground level including excavation and refilling the trench etc. of the required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering, complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Armoured cable 70 Sqmm (3.5 core).

Supplying, installation and commissioning of 62.5 KVA silent DG set comprising of Air cooled Kirlosker / Mahindra and Mahindra/sterling make Diesal Engine, two/ three cylinder naturally aspirated (CPCB-II norms compliance) developing 83/90 BHP @ 1500 RPM under NTP condition, with class A-2 governor turbo charged to deliver specified and 62.5 KVA alternator rated at three phase 415 volts, 50 Hz 0.8 power factor @ 1500 RPM both mounted and aligned on a common MS base frame complete with MS fuel tank, residential exhaust silencer, AMF control panel, AVM pads fitting on base frame, one No. 12 volts DC battery (Koel green/Exide / TATA / Mahindra) with battery leads, first fill of lube oil, all housed in sound proof acoustic enclosure complete etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete pedestal having a size of 10’-6”X 5’-0” for DG set with 4”(four inch) thick PCC 1:2:4 of 20mm nominal size over 8”(eight inch) thick PCC 1:6:12 of 40 mm nominal size and curing including form work as required complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. .............................................................................................................................................. Condition : The security will be released after two year’s i.e 50% after one year and remaining after two year and four free services during two year’s will be provided by the firm / contractor. If the material i.e filter, coolant & diesel/mobile oil are required during two year’s free services will be arranged by the user agency and labour will be provided by the firm/contractor.
