Taking down old street light fitting of any size and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified.

Taking down old LT Cable of any size and making good disturbed surface and taken as schdule of credit complete all as specified.

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated of size 10 Sq mm 4 core 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying LT UG XLPE insulated of size 300 Sq mm 3.5core 1100 volt grade heavy duty cable multi stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel strip wire or tape and connecting up to the electrical system with suitable size of aluminium lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in Soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables/pole and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, excavated soil in trenches after the pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing High density poythelyne (HDPE) pipes of pressure rating 6kgf/ sq/ m of size 40 mm for cable protection laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for Cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate). complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fix 3 core 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed weather proof multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in GI conduit, pole etc from junction box to street light fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement GI pipe light grade with necessary fittings in floor /piller/fixed on pole of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified

M&L for cutting of PCC/Hard standing/WBM road not exceeding 20 cm in width not exceeding 30 cm in depth for passing of LT cable and making good of disturbed surface to match with the existing surfaces by using old and new material i.e bitumen/PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for writing pole No. with letters of size 50 mm height on pole/ plate with Black synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

M & L for New earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 20mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete.
