M&L for Point wiring with multi-stranded copper conductor, single core, FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable, including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly, with and including MS terminal boxes with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover having necessary cutting for fixing switches/ sockets comprising the following: -: -

M&L for Earthing complete with steel earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32x6 mm (upto the cross arms) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI medium grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, factory made PCC earthing pit chamber & cover including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part – I, complete. NOTE:- (i) Factory made PCC pit chamber shall be provided at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with batten, casing caping of MS or and PVC conduit on surface or concealed, including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, mild steel terminal boxes etc., removing materials and making good disturbed surfaces due to taking down etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of unservisible existing DBs of any description with all accessories and MCBs, isolators etc. and making good surface as per existing, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully light fitting of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

PROVN OF OVERHEAD FILLING POINT FOR ATC

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 metre wide for taking out/ laying pipe line, cable, foundation etc. exceeding 1.5 metre but exceeding 3.00 metre deep and getting out as in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified. NOTES : Excavation work will be carried out by contractor manually and very carefully without endangering existing underground cables, pipe lines and adjoining structures, if any. In case any damage is caused, the same shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated surplus spoil to a distance n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC type C-1 (1:3:6), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth block for pipes or making plinth including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and specified & directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning ( local dry river sand) for under ground cable 23cm thick (one layer of 8cm thickness before laying the cable and other layer of 15cm thickness after laying the cable) all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Punned down thickness (over all 18cm) shall be considered for measurement and payment.)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

PROVN OF PU FLOORING IN ROLE EQUIPEMENT BAY

M&L for complete removing of old PU surface and applying 4mm thick Epoxy Polyurethane (EPU) flooring including grinding, scarifying, cleaning of surface from dust, dirt, moisture & oil foreign material from the floor, all floors to be cleared by means of scrubber, acid itching shall be done to the floor followed by alkaline wash & then the surface shall be cleaned by portable water wash. After that the floor shall be cleaned surface by using solvent/ degrease/ cleaner to remove residues, for floor cleaning all mechanised equipment shall be used like scrubber, sanders, hot blowers, vaccum cleaners, moisture test maching complete including laying of 4 mm thick EPU flooring as described here in below complete all as specified & directed:- (a) Applying solvent free epoxy resin based primer. The primer shall be applied yielding a dft of 200 micron. (b) Applying epoxy based high strength self smoothing, self levelling screed. The screed shall have a minimum thickness of 3000 microns. The compressive strength of screed will be the range of 40-50 Mpa, tensile strength will be 7-10 Mpa and flexural in the range of 30-40 Mpa, water absorption NIL (c) Applying EPU based self levelling top coat. It should yield a thickness of 1000 microns. The compressive strength of top coat will be the range of 40 - 50 Mpa, tensile strength will be 7-10 Mpa and flexural in the range of 15-25 Mpa.

Note : Amount of credit for retrieved materials is mentioned in Sch 'A' Section-II of tender documents in pdf form which will be deducted while acceptance of tender offline.
