Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, well, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 01 above but depth exc 1.5 m but not exceeding 3.00m complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks (Old Size bricks), sub class'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonary /concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel any inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, benching to manholes, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 150 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Concrete bed to drain pipes upto 150 bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement conctrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 150mm thick Concrete bed to drain pipes 200 bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides & surrounding of pipes after they are laid and tested; in cement conctrete type C-2, 1:3:6, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Providing, precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates), as in cover slabs (for septic tanks, manholes and the like) and similar articles including necessary moulds/fromwork etc, set and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified & directed.

M&L for Septic tank of 100 users with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified and shown in Drawing CEPZ/C-TD/13/13 SHEET 1/1 to 5/5.

All as per item No 18 but for 50 user Septic tank.

M&L for Soakage well of size 3m dia, 4.5 m depth as per Drawing CEPZ/C-TD/13/13 SHEET 1/1 to 5/5 excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry in CM 1:4 with top ring of M-25 design mix concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM 1:6, RCC cover slab in M-25 SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft /loose soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 45cm long, diameter of shank 16 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, Fe 410 -W (Gde E-250) quality A square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating ( zinc coating 275) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Aluminium paint over a coat of redoxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter exc 1Sqm but not exc 2Sqm and refixing in same opening safely, (including minor repairs ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc, brusing with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in skirting/dado or verticle surface etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7-8mm set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 including taking down cement plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for green/black marble work 15-16 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in cooking plateform, window cill, steps, stair case trade & riser etc in 15 mm thk cement mortar (1:4), pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of including demolition of old stones/tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Round chamfering to the edges of marble/granite slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC type B-0 ( using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring sub base/Leveling layer finish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment from walls, brooming down with broom or steel wire brush; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, mass, efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc, applying wall care putty, making the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of oil emulshion distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed Note: Where thickness of putti is required more than 1mm thick, the same shall be make good using POP and than putti shall be applied to obtain even & smooth surface. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

M&L for preparation of walls surface of any type/description viz. distemper, emulsion etc using mechanical means/grinder, cleaning surface to receive finish, stopping the holes/dipressions with POP/whiting/putti where required to obtain smooth, even surface and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of ceiling surface of any type/description viz. distemper, emulsion etc using mechanical means/grinder, cleaning surface to receive finish, stopping the holes/dipressions with POP/whiting/putti where required to obtain smooth, even surface and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 00.00 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
