Mechanized Dewatering of water storage tank. 2.Removal of sluge lyng on the bottom ofwater storage tank through special sludge pumps. 3.Cleaning of internal walls of water storage tank through High Pressure rotary Jets 4.Vaccum cleaning of the floor of water storage tank through industrial vaccum cleaners. 5.Spray of H2 O2 inside the tanks as an antibecterial agent. 6. Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on brick work or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. ( Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for rendering cement plaster 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete in ceilings, chajjas, fins facia etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or un-plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exc. 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking down existing CI 150 mm bore pipe flanged Class ‘B’ chocked washed out .pipe for over head tank and re-fixing the same in position after cleaning thoroughly including flange gasket joints complete

ditto all as above items but 100mm bore complete.

S&F Fittings for spigot socketed/flanged cast iron pipes 80 to 300 mm bore such as bends (any type radius and angle), tapers and type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces, single branch, `Y' junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot),collars, caps and plugs complete.

M&L for making foundation thrust blocks/support pillars for holding pipe line/clamp support etc by PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate size) and using extra cement making good to surfaces including dismantling of old trust block complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable/ rusty galvanized iron flat of size pulley GI wire indicator as found at site of over head tanks and provision of new float 300mm dia made out of copper sheet of suitable gauge clamped with 25 x3 mm copper strip duly welded.

Dismantling and taking down existing water meter level indicator board scraping , painting and rewritting the letters and figures (min hight 50mm ) with of black back ground indicating capacity in gallon / ltr divided in ten parts and refixing the same in position after painting and rewriting complete. Colour bold letters etc complete and as per directed by Enigneer in Charge.

Ditto all as above items but U/G sump complete

Cutting of grass and bushes and surface dressing around in pump house of AGE E/M (W/S) upto 3 metres from the end of plinth protection of bldg and removing the rubbish to distance upto 50 metre complete all as specified & directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
