M&L Frame for HEAD BOARD of BED PLYWOOD TOP , providing Plywood teak face one side and other side commercial 4.0mm thick, BWR grade, ISI marked as shown on Drawing including taking out unserviceable Head Board, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Frame for FOOT BOARD of BED PLYWOOD TOP , providing Plywood Teak Face one side and other side commercial 4.0mm thick, BWR grade, ISI marked as shown on Drawing including taking out unserviceable Foot Board, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L STIFFNER polishing the new surfaces with french polish to match the existing adoining surfaces of BED PLYWOOD TOP made to shape/size and as shown on Drawing including taking out unserviceable Stiffner, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preperation of surface by cleaning with emery paper to obtain clean surface and using putty where ever required and polishing with two coats of french polish to old and new surface of BED PLYWOOD TOP as specified and as directed.

REPAIR TO SOFA SET 4 & 5 SEATER WITH CUSHION (Drg No. FD-281)

M&L for removing old unserviceable cushion cover of SOFA SET 4 & 5 SEATER WITH CUSHION and S&F of new cushion cover of size 560mm x 530mm x 100mm made of tapestary cloth, colour as approved by Engr-in-Charge including uphoistering complete as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- Rate of Tapestry cloth to be minimum of Rs 420 /- per Metre .

M&L for removing old unserviceable CUSHION of SOFA SET 4 & 5 SEATER WITH CUSHION and S&F of new cushion of size 560mm x 530mm, 100mm thick, 32 density for seat and back Sofa set complete as specified and as shown on drawing.

M&L for preperation of surfaces of SOFA SET 4 & 5 SEATER WITH CUSHION by cleaning with emery paper to obtain clean surface and using putty where ever required and polishing with two coats of French polish to old and new surface cpmplete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

S&F SIDE of BIN SOILED LINEN made out of Prelaminated Particle Board 18/19 mm thick, exterior grade ISI marked, one side teak face, providing Teak Wood Beading 5.0 mm thick all round and french polishing the beading to match with adjoining surfaces and as shown on Drawing No. including taking out unserviceable Top, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F BOTTOM of BIN SOILED LINEN made out of Prelaminated Particle Board 18/19 mm thick, exterior grade ISI marked, one side teak face, providing Teak Wood Beading 5.0 mm thick all round and french polishing the beading to match with adjoining surfaces and as shown on Drawing No. including taking out unserviceable Top, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing old unserviceable SHUTTER of BIN SOILED LINEN and S&F of new SHUTTER made of Prelaminated Particle Board 18/19 mm thick, exterior grade ISI marked, one side teak face, providing with 4mm thick Teak Wood Beading all round complete as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

M&L for removing old unserviceable/broken Mirror and S&F of new mirror 5mm th Electro copper plated mirror of polished sheet glass providing Teak Wood Beading thick all round complete as specified and as shown on drawing.

M&L for removing old unserviceable PEG of HAT STAND and S&F of newcopper oxidised PEG fixed with screws complete as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

M&L for removing old unserviceable Back of HAT STAND S&F of new back made of 4 mm thick commercial BWR plywood complete all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed.

REPAIR TO CHARPOY DOUBLE BUNK (DRG NO. TP/CWE/SH/TD/149)

Removing of old paint and preparing surface by applying putty and one coat of red oxide after welding wherever required (legs/rails) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint black colour to match as per standard drawing including removing existing rubber shoes and providing new Hard rubber shoes ( 4 Nos) for each charpoy complete as specified and as directed

M&L for Recanning all type of wooden chairs , Stool Dressing , Bin soiled linen etc after removing the old cane and tightening of frames and weaving with new white plastic cane with 1.8mm wide oval type and 3 mm wide oval type for boarder all along the frameof approved quality complete as per pattern shown on drawing and as specified Note:- Cane shall be of plastic strips of superior quality , type-I (HDPE) white or cream as directed by Engr-in-Charge and of uniform width confirming to IS-5387 .

REPAIR TO LOCK ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL (DRG NO FD 351/1031)/ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL (DRG NO FD 243/1032)

S&F in repair, locks 7 lever Godrej pattern best quality as approved with duplicate stainless steel key complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing dents and bends and welding wherever required for Almirah Large Steel,Scrapping old painted surfaces and removing existing paint on surfaces with chemical/aerosal spray,Preperation of surfaces after applying putty and red oxide primer and spray painting of almirah large steel complete(inside and outside) with a coat of synthetic enamel paint as approved complete all as specified and as directed. Colour :- Olive Green or any other colour or combination of colour as directed Note :- Almirah as a whole shall be measured as one unit.
