Demolition of brickwork/ stone boulders, masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works & precast concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete in any position of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified.

Excavating over areas n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out on soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc. 50m but n exc 250m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, of soft/ disintegrated rocks including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Walling of random rubble masonry, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

All as per Item No 07 above but except Stone.

Hand packing (any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc. and raising (or lowering) to the required level, complete all as specified.

PVC (SWR) pipes of 110mm dia for weep holes in retaining wall at 1.50 m centre to centre complete all as specified.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in ancho-rage blocks, bonders for stone walling corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4, complete with joints to match, including provision of reinforcement steel etc, complete all as specified. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item)

Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified.

Mild steel TMT bars 5mm and over upto and including10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of walls or retaining walls, roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified.

Use and easte of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter including fair finished surfaces etc, complete all as specified.

Stuck pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling, complete all as specified.
