Supply of powder coated Relay Rack Assembly of Complete With Scaffolding, Fixtures and accessories including MS Bars for fixing of relay plug board, string rods fuse strips with bracket,11 Way Bus Bars with cover and mounting brackets, runway for cable/wires frame base assembly with IDF pillar etc. Siemens type & as per extant practice on W.C.Rly. Typical part list as per Annexure attached and Rack arrangement as per Sketch No SK -727 and Rack plan as approved by Engineer incharge.

Supply of powder coated Main Cable Termination rack of 1 Way complete with scaffolding, fixtures & accessories including square bars for mounting 8-way terminal / WAGO - make terminal blocks, ladders, string rods, frame, base assembly, insulators, J bolt, nut/bolts & fasteners (Bakelite strips) etc. Siemens type or equivalent & as per extant practice on W.C. Rly. Typical part list as per Annexure-I and rack arrangement shall be as per sketch SK-727. Rack should be made of first class steel powder coated painting and rack manufacturer's certificate should be submitted. All runway for cables / wires shall be provied with PVC sleeve of proper size.

Supply of Fault analysis equipment along with necessary software required in connection with MSDAC system as per specification : HP Laptop or similar . 12th gen Core i7, 12 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD Window 11 Professional 64. or Latest

Supply and Installation of OFC joint enclosure and splicing of Optic fiber cable (48 fibres) and testing

Supply of Thermo shrink Jointing Kit for jointing underground 0.9 mm dia. cond. 4/6 quad cables as per specn No. IRS: TC-77/2012 (Rev.3.0) with Amend. 1, 2 & 3 or latest.

(i) Supply of 4 conductor disconnect terminal block with test & measurement facility, with screw less, spring cage clamp connections suitable for 0.08 to 2.5 Sq.mm conductor with current capacity of 16 Amps as per RDSO Spcn. No. RDSO/SPN/189/2004 Ver. 3.0 or latest.

(ii) Supply of End plate compatible to above screwless terminals. The end plates shall be of different colour than that of disconnect terminal blocks.

(iii) Supply of Din rail of dimension 35mm x 7.5mm, 1 mm thickness, 1Mtr length, slotted compatible to above terminals .

iv) Supply of End Stop 10mm for above Din 35 Rail .

Supply of Resettable fuse, type Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient (PPTC) Fuse of make Littlefuse/Fuzetec,/Tyco/ Bourn/Raychem. Rating of fuse will be provided by consignee as per site requirement.
