ITEMS TO BE EXECUTED

Demolishing lime concrete manually/ by mechanical means and disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer in- charge.

Provision for carefully taking out loose, decayed and dislocated plumbed RR stone including staking of the serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material upto 50 meter lead.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 2.6.1 All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. 2.28.1 All kinds of soil

Providing and laying of lime concrete in floor / terrace 20 to 25 mm brick ballast of well burnt ) mixed with 50% lime mortar in ratio of 1:1:1 (1-U.Katni lime ,1-surkhi, 1- C.sand ) after removing of accumulated rubbish, including beating and treating with split bamboo and thappies till surface hardened for water tightening, including adding 2% solution of boiled water of Gum, Gur and bellgiri-fruit, complete within 200mt. lead and also rounding junctions with parapet wall etc. complete..

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth & in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including levelling up with lime mortar 1:1:1 ratio (1 lime, 1 Surkhi 1 C.Sand,) mixed including supply of all materials labour T.& P.etc required for proper completion of work.upto plinth level with lime mortar 1:1:1 ratio (1 lime, 1 Surkhi 1 C.Sand,)

Coursed rubble masonry with availble departmental stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with lime mortar 1:1:1 ratio (1 lime, 1 Surkhi 1 C.Sand,) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. 7.2.1 lime mortar 1:1:1 ratio (1 lime, 1 Surkhi 1 C.Sand,)

Errection & dismentling of scaffolding with tubler pipes and wooden planks for conservation work upto a height 30 mtr.

Coursed rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with lime mortar 1:1:1 ratio (1 lime, 1 Surkhi 1 C.Sand,) at window sills, ceiling level and the like. 7.2.1 lime mortar 1:1:1 ratio (1 lime, 1 Surkhi 1 C.Sand,)

Providing and laying 45mm to 50 mm lime plaster for finished the surface in specific design for making drain with lime mortar1:1:1 (1 lime:1 surkhi:1c sand) mixed with composite materials including supply of all materials labour T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: 6.1.2 Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete.

Provision for documentation and drawing including preparation of plan, sectional elevation, conditional assesments etc complete (architectural service for the proposed project/Work.)

Underpinning of Lakhori brick masonry work in in lime mortar 1:1:1:( 1 Lime: 1 C sand: 1 surkhi) mixed with composite material including supply of labour , material and T& P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Provision for laying Tile brick on edge flooring with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm cement mortar, including filling the joints with same mortar, with common burnt clay non modular bricks: 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
