Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and depth not exceeding 1.5m and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 10 Sq.m on plan area and depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m and getting out in Hard / Dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundation, Fillings, Mass concrete, Footings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M–30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations including Pile Caps, Rafts, Footings, Foundation Beams, Plinth Beams, Bases for Columns etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, Pillars, Piers, Posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 Design Mix, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Broken Glass Coping on top of wall in Cement Mortar 1: 3 complete all as specified and directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of concrete Foundations, Pile Caps, Footings, Bases of Columns, Raft and Raft Beams, Sides and Soffits [if any] of Foundation and Plinth Beams and similar work, Vertical or to Batter for Rough Finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of Steel Formwork to Sides of Pillars, Posts, Struts, Piers, Columns and Stanchions of any Shape / Cross Section for Fair Finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and removal of steel formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam launchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc, splays between floors and beams and similar works for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 5mm to 10mm dia bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete Solid Block Masonry with Solid Blocks exceeding 100mm width with minimum compressive strength of 50kg/sq.cm using PCC 1:3:6, Type – C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Providing Precast Cement Concrete Hollow Block Masonry of 1:3:6, Type C1 using 16mm graded stone aggregate exceeding 100mm width having minimum compressive strength of 50kg/sq.cm with plain or interlocking joints set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering to brick / concrete surfaces, 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of Cement Based paint over a coat of Alkali Resistant Primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick of excavated soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note: A deduction of 10% shall be made from total computed volume of filling to cater in bulk irrespective of machinery used for ramming.

Removal of excavated material [Soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Site clearance like cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush wood, under growth, roots and trees not exceeding 30cm girth [Measured one metre above ground level] for making approach to Fencing Work and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
