Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts, cross sectional area of cable 300 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall / passed through pipe including taking out/ down old U/s UG cable from trenches/ wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Approved makes as per Appx 'B' of Tender documents.

All as per item no 6 above but size 50 sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item no 6 above but size 25 sqmm 4.0 core

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in a hard/dense soil for laying underground cables pit etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning the UG cable screened unwashed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for laying dry bricks old size with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight trench for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer n exc 25 cm in soil each layer with approved and available soil/ earth complete specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart incl 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of size 16 Sqmm including taking down old U/s service cable of any size of type complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Approved makes as per Appendix 'B' in Tender Documents.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanished steel earth plate electrode 600 x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to GI strip 32 x 6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or of steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 connected to earth Test point all as specified and testing on completion including necessary excavation, earthwork, PCC works and CI earth pit cover with watering pipe 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade, funnel with wire mesh and lugs and GI pipe 40 mm dia of light grade, for protection of earth strip, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Excavation& Earth work, Charcoal, Salt and PCC incl formwork shall be deemed to be include in this unit rates. GI strip of extra length of main earthing lead beyond 7.50 mtr shall be measured and paid separately)

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch of Credit of Rs 73100.00
