(Note: Refrigerant required for topping up will be measured and paid separately under relevant items)

Rewinding of unserviceable electric motor 3 phase 50 Hz 415volt of following capacity pump set complete comprises as under :- Disconnecting & removing the electric motor from installed position including, loading, unloading and transporting to approved workshop. Taking out the existing burnt winding from the motor including rewinding complete with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge including all insulating material such as insulation paper, sleeves, tape, varnish etc. complete for class 'F' insulation. Note for Item No. 16,17,18,19,20,21,22,104,105,106,107,108,109,110,111,112,113,114 & 115 (i) Passes will be processed only after verification of antecedence of deployed employees and submission of verified experience certificate, Pass shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate. (ii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operator (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. (iv) AC and Installation Operator shall be available as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to JE E/M in-Charge. In case of emergency he will function according to their direction. If he is found absent or move without intimating to in-Charge or JE E/M he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected.(v) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (v) The individual employed as operator should has minimum qualification of ITI course equivalent from state or central board

(vii) Contractor shall submit the labour licenece VAT as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (ix) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment. (x) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (xi) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority. If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of work mentioned in BOQ item No 16 to 22 & 104 to 115, i.e Rs 97,35,660.00, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (Cover No 2). The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost mentioned in BOQ item No 6 to 22 & 104 to 115 (i.e) Rs 97,35,660.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding. The withhold amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall sumbit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment/ release as the case may be. (xii) The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working
