Providing hoisting and fixing trusses/purlins /rafters/posts/ post-plates or like components including cost of screws etc. complete First class Budloo wood

Providing and fixing 12mm thick wooden panelling of imported wood T&G, including providing and fixing of ground frame work (50x25mm or as specified) of KD wood fixed as per requirements with skirting chair rails, and cornice with necessary screws etc complete. Including finishing with two or more coats of touchwood upto the satisfaction of EIC all complete,

Providing and fixing of KHATAM BANDI ceiling of first class budloo/fir wood excluding the cost of frame work which is to be paid separately. Chaar Phool

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position KD

Providing and fixing of ply wood including cost of nails adhesive etc. complete at all places. 10 mm thick

P/A of touchwood on new work two or more coats incl preparing the surface, rubbing sand papering all complete job

P/F of devri stone tiles laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 20 mm thick
