SITC of LT Panel conforming to IS 8623 / IEC 60439 PTTA type & shall be of Form-3b construction with following mentioned and complete in all respect and as per technical specifications.

a)Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of cubicle type LT panel, (minimum IP42 protection) for indoor application, suitable for 415V+/-10%, 3 Phase, 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized modular design from CRCA sheet steel of minimum 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having TPN Aluminium alloy bus bars for high conductivity, DMC/SMC bus bar supports, with short circuit withstand capacity as per design subject to minimum 50 KA for 1 sec , bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm x 50 mm x 5 mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common Copper earth bus bar of size as per IS 3043 subject to minimum 50 mm x 6 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid / flexible connections from main earth bus bar to switchgears with required size of Cooper conductor and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLS), cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, including provision of SPD's. Surge Protection Devices (SPD’S) shall be provided to LT Panel (Type 2 / Class C), i/c providing following switchgears / accessories as per specifications. Bus-Bar: TPN aluminium extensible type main bus bars of minimum 300 Amps. capacity with heat shrinkable coloured sleeves having 100% neutral bus as that of phase i/c DMC / SMC bus bars supports at required intervals complete for cross section, size supports & having spacing etc. for withstanding fault level of 50kA capacity for 1 sec.

b)Incomer: 2(Two) Nos MCCB(Ics=100% Icu), 250 Amps, 4 Pole, min 35 kA with adjustable setting, Microprocessor Based with adjustable Overload, Short Circuit and In-Built Earth Fault Protection, including connections etc as required. 3(Three)Nos. LED type, R,Y,B Phase indicating lamp with 2 Amp MCB for controlling. Intelligent multi function digital meter to read V,A,kVA, KW, kVAR, PF, Hz etc , LED display with required Nos CTs, 250 / 5,15 VA, class 1.0 and control circuit wiring with 2 Amp MCB for controlling.

c)Buscoupler: 1 No MCCB(Ics=100% Icu), 250 Amps, 4 Pole, min 35 kA with adjustable setting, Microprocessor Based with adjustable Overload, Short Circuit and In-Built Earth Fault Protection,including connections etc as required. 3(Three)Nos. LED type, LED type, R,Y,B Phase indicating lamp with 2 Amp MCB for controlling.

d)Outgoing:- i) 02 Nos MCCB(Ics=100% Icu),125 Amps, 4 Pole, min 35 kA with adjustable setting , Thermal Magnetic release shall have Variable Thermal (O/L) & Variable Magnetic (S/C) protection,including connections etc as required. Ii)03 Nos MCCB(Ics=100% Icu), 100 Amps, 4 Pole, min 35 kA with adjustable setting , Thermal Magnetic release shall have fixed Thermal (O/L) & fixed Magnetic (S/C) protection,including connections etc as required. iii)04 Nos MCCB(Ics=100% Icu), 63 Amps, 4 Pole, min 35 kA with adjustable setting , Thermal Magnetic release shall have fixed Thermal (O/L) & fixed Magnetic (S/C) protection,including connections etc as required. iv) 1 Nos MCCB(Ics=100% Icu), 40 Amps, 4 Pole, min 35 kA with adjustable setting , Thermal Magnetic release shall have fixed Thermal (O/L) & fixed Magnetic (S/C) protection,including connections etc as required.

d)Outgoing:- i) 04 Nos MCCB(Ics=100% Icu), 63 Amps, 4 Pole, min 35 kA with adjustable setting ,Thermal Magnetic release shall have fixed Thermal (O/L) & fixed Magnetic (S/C) protection,including connections etc as required. ii) 06 Nos MCCB(Ics=100% Icu), 40 Amps, 4 Pole, min 35 kA with adjustable setting , Thermal Magnetic release shall have fixed Thermal (O/L) & fixed Magnetic (S/C) protection,including connections etc as required.

Supply of following size XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured Power Cable of 1.1KV grade, confirming to IS 7098, Part-I 1988 with up to date amendments and confirming to technical specifications.(The outer sheath shall be FRLS.)

Supply of surface/recessed type 2' x 2' (minimum 36W) LED type downlighter suitable to operate on 140-270 V, 50 Hz, AC supply having Extruded aluminium/CRCA/standard alloy housing ,with minimum IP-20 protection,having efficacy of min 100 lm/W, complete with all types of accessories and driver ready to be installed at site as per Technical Specifications attached.

Supply of LED type flood light (minimum 150 watt) luminaire suitable to operate on 140-270 V, 50 Hz, AC supply having Extruded aluminium/CRCA/standard alloy housing ,with minimum IP-65 protection,having efficacy of min 110 lm/W, complete with all types of accessories, mounting device and driver ready to be installed at site as per Technical Specifications attached.

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, LED downlighter / flood light of all types, complete with all accessories etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connection with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

Dismanting of existing light fitting of various wattage / ceiling fan and keeping the same in AAI store (within 50 Mtr. distance) as per site condition and as directed by E.I.C.

Supply of 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor, class of insulation: B, 3 nos. blades, 30 cm long down rod, 2 nos. canopies, shackle kit, safety rope, copper winding, Power Factor not less than 0.9, Service Value (CMM/W) minimum 6.85, Air delivery minimum 215 CMM, 350 RPM (tolerance as per IS : 374-2019), THD less than 10%, remote or electronic regulator unit for speed control and all remaining accessories including safety pin, nut bolts, washers, temperature rise=75 degree C (max.), insulation resistance more than 2 mega ohm, suitable for 230 V, 50 Hz, single phase AC Supply, earthing etc. complete as required. (Colour of fans to be approved by EIC).

Supply of ceiling mounted exhaust fan having min sweep dia 130 mm, min air delivery 150 m³/h suitable for single phase AC operation, complete with all acessories as required and ready to be installed at site.

Providing and fixing of suitable size rigid PVC pipe on wall/ above false ceiling with suitable clamping/support for outlet of ceiling mounted exhaust fan as per site conditions and as directed by EIC.(for BOQ Sl No 9)

SITC of single door panel board made out of CRCA sheet steel (conforming to IS 8623,IEC :60439) with provision of FP MCCB as incomer (1 No) & outgoing (4 Nos.) in following configuration including cable alley, basic analog metering module, basic indication module ,busbars etc. with all types of accessories complete in all respect as per technical specifications and ready to be commissioned at site.
