Disconnecting & taking down the ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep, cleaning the dust etc with air pressure, cotton cloth & brush, taking out ball bearing and bush, cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricating greasing, oiling, cleaning to winding including supply and replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber seal, split pin, connector and copper cable PVC size 3 core 0.5 Sqmm upto required lenght from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including hanging, connecting up and testing all as directed. Note : Parts/components replaced other than mentioned above will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) After completion of work all fans/geysers shall be tested in E/M store yard to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge

M&L for painting of ceiling fan/exhaust fan of any sweep complete with blades, down rod etc with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including filling cavaties with filler, preparation of surfaces cleaning all dust etc and writing of MES No of size not exc 5cm thick using black enamelled paint all as directed.

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing, oiling and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: Contractor shall make the suitable arrangement at SDO(MES) premises to do rewinding of fans replacing of accessories, testing upto the satisfactory level in front of concerned E/M in charge without fail.

M&L for replacing insulating layer over the duct to prevent from heat or any extreme weather by using synthetic foam or synthetic rubber and wrapping with garnison net or square threaded net around the insulation by using suitable solvent or compound to stick permanenty after dismantling the old UNSV insulation layer and scrapping the surface and cleaning properly before applying the new insulation layer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for checking all the water pipeline connections, repairing leakages from PVC storage tank to air washer system storage tank, welding the cracks or hole or fabricating with new sheet for 40mm GI drain out pipes, replacing end plug of drain system and over f;low system of bottom mount tank, checking the condition of float valves, cleaning the valve and refitting, leakage testing and rectifying in all respect in pipeline and existing tank and making fucntional at all cost all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth w/o using cement, with using WPC @ 3.% by weight of cement all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
