Renovation of Transit House-1 at NALCO Township, Damanjodi

1.1 Removing the excavated materials, debris of any description and any other waste materials, spoil heaps including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places etc. complete for the following leads. Removal upto 1km in Township/plant and mines area at low lying areas.

Removal upto 3km in Township/ Plant/Mines area at lowlying areas.

2.1 Earthwork in Excavation over areas in all type of soil ( exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan),including disposal of excavated earth within a lead of 50 mtrs and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soil

3.1 Earth work in Excavation in foundation Trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width or 10 Sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up-to 1.5 mtr,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtrs. All kinds of soil.

4.1.1 Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. All kinds of soil Pipes, cables etc, not exceeding 80 mm dia.

4.1.2 Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc including excavation for sockets, and dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, and then returning the soil as required, in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering, etc. and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m. All kinds of soil Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia. but not exceeding 300 mm dia

5 Back filling with available excavated earth (excluding rocks) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 Mtr and lift up-to 1.5 Mtr.

6 Surface dressing micro levelling in all types of soil other than rock to a depth not exceeding 15 cm including cutting and filling, levelling, ramming to the desired formation level. The work includes excavation in over areas and filling in low lying areas within a lead of 50 mtrs. as per instruction of Engineer- in-charge.

7 Providing and Filling in plinth with sand under floors in trenches, sides of foundations etc. with approved quality sand and watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
