Supply and Delivery of OMAS including 1 year operation & maintenance, consisting of the following equipments: 1. Photometer: for analysis of Iron, Manganese & Residual Chlorine, 2. Digital Densitometer: for analysis of Arsenic 3. pH meter: for analysis of pH including 1 year replacement warranty of all spares. Minimum detection limit of the supplied OMAS for Arsenic should be 10 ppb or less, Iron 0.3 mg/ltr or less, Manganese & Iron 0.3 mg/ltr, Residual chlorine 0.1 mg/ltr or less and pH should be detected in the range of 0-14, for which necessary certification from the manufacturer has to be provided.

Supply and Delivery of consumables for testing of the following parameters : 1. Arsenic 2. Iron 3. Manganese 4. Residual Chlorine for one test each per month of Raw, Treated water & nearest SSP (3 sources) for 188 AIRP site, one test each per month of Raw & Treated Water (2 sources) for 720 CWPP site & one test each per month of 206 Water ATM site i.e. 2210 consumables {(188x3)+(720x2)+(206x1)} for each sources per month for 12 months as per detailed in scope of work. The expiry date of the consumables should not be less than 12 months from the date of supply.

Field visit to the 188 AIRPs, 720 CWPPs & 206 Water ATMs site per month for 12 months for the following purpose :- i) Onsite Assessment of AIRP, CWPP, Water ATM. ii) Sample collection & testing from the Site. iii) uploading the source details, Geological data, assessment report of the plants, test results to the State Water Quality Dashboard iii) Submission of comprehensive report based on the assesments conducted and the Water Quality report obtained.

Monitoring and processing data of AIRP, CWPP, Water ATM for precise analysis and evaluation of the plants including maintenance of the same based on availability of data from the department with introduction of new features for better utility of mobile & web application and make the application more user friendly along with preparation of system generated division wise automated analytical report as per hierarchy of the department and sending through email with modification of reporting structure as and when directed by the Engineering in Charge.

Engagement of one person as Water Quality Coordinator at State level for overall coordination, supervision & data management to deliver better quality monitoring work of AIRPs, CWPPs & Water ATMs installed in four Arsenic affected districts for the period of 12 months.
