Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on walls/ concrete/roof slab any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of alkali resistant primer on plastered surfaces of wall over 3mm thick wall care putty and applying two coat of oil bound distemper including preparation of new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preperation of new surface wall/ceilling by scrapping/ rubbing, applying two coat of advanced anti-algal weather proof 100% acrylic smooth emulsion with silicon additives, over a coat of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane (Asian paint damp proof + ultima suprema, exterior anti fungal paint or equivalent), including making proper surface by applying ready mix preparatory wall care putty wherever required complete all as manufacturers instructions and as directed. Note:- The application of paint shall be done by the authorized applicator of the company and also the dealer/company shall appoint a person to inspect and validate the application of emulsion in stage wise manner.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description and thickness as in floor, apron etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite stone 20 mm thick (of any type) glazed (table rubbed and polished) fixed as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and the like set in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.
