Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil including spade work, pick work, jumper work and blasting work and disposal of excavated earth up to all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Disposal of earth/muck in MC dumping site at Bharyal free of cost, transportation charges will be paid extra)

Excavation in earth work in all kinds of earth work including spade work, pick work, jumper work, B/work chiseling wedging out of rock etc. up to all lifts in earth work including dressing of sides and bed and disposing of excavated earth to be leveled and neatly dressed as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Disposal of earth/muck in MC dumping site at Bharyal free of cost, transportation charges will be paid extra)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundation and plinth

Random rubble maonsry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 sand; 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand)

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay building bricks in :-Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 sand) Second Class Bricks

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. Cement Mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 Sand).

Stone soling properly hand packed filling interstices with kharanja stone and consolidating with power road roller to the required gradient and comber including spreading, watering and rolling of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HPPWD specification. 100mm spread thickness (finished work including materials and labour)

Providing 2nd class deodar wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows including black enameled iron butt hinges with necessary screws – 40mm thick – 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete. 250x16mm

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts (barrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shad and colour with screws etc. complete. 250x10mm

Providing and fixing aluminum handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour of shade with necessary screws etc. Complete 125mm
