Material and Labour for servicing and repair/replacement of defective parts of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm, Exhaust fan upto 300 mm sweep and wall fan of any type/capacity including greasing, oiling for smooth working , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Defective part will be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of this BOQ.

Material and Labour for replacement of defective copper winding of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400 mm, Exhaust fan upto 300 mm sweep and wall fan of any type/capacity with existing size of super enamelled copper wire including varnishing and heating for smooth working complete with testing for 24 hours, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement Fan Condenser 2.5/4.0 MFD , complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement Ball Bearing of any type and size, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement Plug Top 3 pin 5 amp 240 volt ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Anchor or equivalent in other MES approved make as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of fan blade 1200/1400 mm sweep size, complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of MS down rod of size 300 to 450mm size, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of fan canopy of existing size, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of fan hook clamp with split pin of existing size, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Exhaust fan blade of any sweep and size not more than 300mm sweep,complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Exhaust fan blade of any sweep and size not less than 300mm and not more than 450mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Exhaust fan louver shutters metal body of any sweep and any size not more than 450 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Ceiling fan 1200mm sweep electric driven single phase 240 Volt, 50 Hz, with blades and electronic regulator, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Havells/Usha/Orient

Supply and replacement of Exhaust Fan PVC body of 100mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Exhaust Fan PVC body of 150mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Exhaust Fan PVC body of 200mm sweep, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Exhaust Fan PVC body of 250mm sweep, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for repair of Geyser of capacity 25/50 litres including disconnecting of all electric/water line connection from existing point and taking out for repairs at site workshop, replacement of defective parts of geyser and testing after completion of repair to satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge and refixing/remounting on wall of geyser with S&F new 4 x fastener, nuts, bolts and washer of suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Defective parts will be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of this BOQ.

Supply and replacement of Heating Element of any type/size suitable for geyser of any capacity, of 1500 watt/2000 watt, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Geyser assembly of any type and size suitable for 25/50 litres capacity, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of thermostate of geyser of any type and size suitable for 25/50 litres capacity, complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of MS heat resistant heavy duty inner tank of geyser of capacity 25/50 litres, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of lead wool for geyser of 25/50 litres capacity, complete all as specified as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and replacement of Plug Top 3 pin 15 amp 240 volt ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Anchor or equivalent in other MES approved make as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- An amount of Rs. 17,800.00 on account of credit schdule for Sch 'A' Part-II Shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
