Construction of the boundary wall of the Community Hall in Village Panwari, Development Block Achhnera.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand ) including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30 m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer In-Charge upto distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. as per SI No.251

Providing and laying Cement Concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete, including cost of form work. in foundation and floors. As per CH - 5 SI No. 4.1.8

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcment 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). as per CH - 5 SI no. 5.2.2

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:6 Cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. as per CH - 6 S I No.6.1.2

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:6 Cement and Coarse sand mortar in super structere above plinth up to floor five level including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and also including honeycombed brick work in thickness of wall more then 12cm. and including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.as per CH - 6 S I No. 6.1.2+6.8A

Mild Steel or iron work In plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in and an over all rates) brought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completeion of the work and excluding the supply of steel and its wastage bend, hooks and anththourized over lapping shall be measured upto floor to level.(8+10+12+16+20) MMDia

12mm Cement plaster with Cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 cement and fine sand (Dholpur sand) (Not less than in 1.25 FM) of single coat of interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. as per CH -13 si no. 13.1.2

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as built up gates record rack, roof work, gates etc. brought to required form including drilling holes revitting or welding where necessary, and also including supply of steel bolts, nuts, wastage etc. and their fixing require for proper completion of the work.as per CH- 10 si no. 10.31

Finishing wall with putty approved brand and manufacture and of requried shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over including curring and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per ch 15 si no. 13.26

Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undacorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applid @ 0.75Ltr/10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.for two coat.
