Continuous electric welding of bracing members of tower legs, joints & bracing crossing each other points scrubbing with wire brush then painting with zinc rich paint on welded portion as per direction of E/I in location no. Loc.No.52 to Loc.No.71 (20 nos. tower )in 220 kV Ramchandrapur-Joda Transmission Line. The above work is to be carried out from ground level to bottom cross-arm of all mentioned tower. 10140''X20=202800''
Tack welding in half round fashion of nuts & bolts from ground level to bottom cross arm, scrubbing with wire brush then painting with zinc rich paint on welded portion as per direction of E/I in Loc.No.52 to Loc.No.71 (Total 20 nos. tower ) of 220 KV S/C Ramchandrapur-Joda Transmission Line. The above work is to be carried out in four side from ground level to bottom cross-arm of all mentioned tower. Half round = 1”x1560nos. of bolts x 20 nos. Tower = 31200”
