Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layers 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer with 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:0.5:2 (1 Part cement : 0.5 Part coarse sand: 2 Part coloured marble stone chipping 10mm nominal size) including using Colour pigment & marble powder as required in ground in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Providing grooves in washed stone grit plastering shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.)

M&L for forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep, in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern, using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer, including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete, external surfaces of walls, finished and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:6 on brick surfaces of walls finished the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L 10 mm thick plastering in Cement Mortar 1:3 on ceiling surface, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L preparation of new wall surfaces, plastered or unplastered and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of cement primer on walls to obtain uniform surfaces including making good the surface complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated wall surface by scrapping and filling all patches with cement based wall care putty and applying one or more coat of Cement paint on patches to bring the whole surface at par and applying two coat of Cement paint on complete wall surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surface including chalk whiting, on plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing the old distempered wall surface by washing down and rubbing and removing all loose layers of old treatment, efflorescence, soot and moss by wire brush and filling all nail holes and patches with cement based wall care putty and applying one or more coat of oil bound distemper on patches to bring the whole surface at par and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of pink primer on new wooden surface, width or girth exc 10cm, including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling in fillet, rail post, rafter, purline etc under 40 Sqm in section in any position, unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling post & struts (wood, steel, RCC), any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25cm in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses/Posts/Rafters/Purlins, angle etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS- 1161-1979 gde SI-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling AC corrugated/semi-corrugated sheets in roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of 0.50mm thick of any colour, having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape, size and thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, spreading and levelling fine sand (25 to 30 mm thickness ) for cushioning to interlocking paver block complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 60mm thick, machine pressed, coloured, rubber moulded, precast designed concrete interlocking paver blocks, M-35 grade, any shape & size, confirming to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and including disposal of all debris outside MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 7mm to 8mm thick, 1st quality, non skid, ceramic, coloured tiles of area exc 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm (400x400mm) in flooring , laid over and including 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with shade of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 1st quality, coloured, glazed ceramic tiles, in vertical surface, 600x300x7mm thick/ 450x300x7mm thick or any other large size as required, laid over and including10 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staples and one shop coat of primer, erected in position including welding as indicated complete, push, pull or manual type, thickness of laths 1.25mm, including taking down old rolling shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames (without taking off shutter from the frame) not exc 1.50 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F solid PVC moulded door frame of size, 50x47mm, made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with MS square tube fixed with screw/plugs to brick walls complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Preparation of new or untreated steel surfaces of any description exc. 10cm width or girth ,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for guniting of spelled/corroded reinforced cement concrete surface, on vertical surface, on vertical or overhead position, comprising of chipping of spelled and loose concrete; cleaning rust form reinforcement by sand blasting; scrubbing down concrete surface with wire brushes; cleaning with water; allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as anti rust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited; applying two layers of guniting over steel welded wire mesh having 4mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm, total thickness of gunite not exc 40mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar 1:2 using OPC 53 grade weight cement duly mixed with polycrete admixture @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and finally applying cement plaster over gunite surface of required thickness to give even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper geometrics in cement mortar (1:3) to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas, fins. fascias, parapets, lintels columns & beams etc with and including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, chases to brick work or RCC members etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F powder coated aluminium anodised section 63.50 x 38.10 x 2 mm thick gauge for aluminium partition wall and panel size not exc 1.00M x1.00M including 5mm thick plain/frosted tinted glass on top half portion and 12mm thick pre-laminated sheet fixed in bottom half portion complete and including all accessories such as glazing clip and rubber beading etc including taking down old aluminium partition of any description, fixed in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

E&M WORKS

M&L in repair pipe earthing (PIP) comprising of GI 50mm bore pipe, wall thickness of pipe 4.85 mm (Medium grade), 3.00 Metre length, terminal size 40x6mm & internal strip 25x4mm with one bag of BFC (50 Kg) as per IS 3043-1987, tubing filled with jelly earthing compound, duly inserted in soil, boring of 100mm bore filled with back filled compound including fibre chamber cover 1x1 feet, openable type, including testing of earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: On testing after completion, if the earth resistance < 1 Ohms is not obtain, earthing shall be rejuvenated at no extra cost till the desired earth resistance is obtained.

M & L for removing the existing damaged test point terminal block and replacing the same with new test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75 x 75 x 25mm, drilled and screwed, including 3 hole, 8mm dia, 25mm long, hexagonal head, with nut and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for re-routing of existing LT UG cable of any size, any description, any core etc including taking down UG cable from existing trenches and relaying in new route complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Necessary Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning & brick protection shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, and made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel & Mounting 75 mmX 50mm Channel frame work, front openable type, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey RAL- 7035 shade.
