Agreement No. B-1/36 of 2024-2025 Item No. 7 Providing and Applying tactile quality acrylic/ synthetic, semi viscous paste/ plaster containing quartz aggregate acrylic polymer minerals specially formulated to withstand varying climate condition and provide a long lasting elegant look to the surface having very high aesthetic as well as protection value. Highly durable and maintenance free non toxic and non flamable 2 mm thick coating having PH value 8-9, specific gravity 1.7 Kg/lit and hardness 4h.

Providing and applying priming coat on concrete/ masonary/ Asbestos Cement plastered surfaces including scaffolding if necessary, preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required etc. complete.

Providing and applying plastic emulsion paint of approved quality, colour and shade to old and new surfaces in two coats including scaffolding, preparing the surface. (excluding the primer coat)etc. complete.

Removing cloth ceiling including frame work and stacking the materials as ditected with all leads, lifts etc. complete

Providing and applying two coats of exterior acraylic emulsion paint confirming to corresponding I.S. of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including cleaning ,preparing the plaster surface, applying primer coat ,scaffolding if necessary , and watering the surface for two days etc complete.

Removing old paint from steel and other metal surfaces and making the surfaces even with hand scrapping, scaffolding etc. complete.

Providing and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour to new /old structural steel work and wood work in buildings, including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface (excluding primer coat) etc. complete.

Providing and applying gypsum plaster ( with Gypsum material ) with finishing with gypsum material in 10 to 13 millimeter thickness to previously plastered surface / or on newly brick surface ( Excluding rough cast plaster ) in all position including preparing and Finishing the surface scaffolding etc.complete.

Providing Repairing of honeycombs and minor damages with Polymer Modified Morter including material,labour complete in all respect.

Providing & fixing ready made Kitchen make SS 304 grade railing for main entrance & staircase of approved design and as per direction of engineer charge etc complete (Rates excluding GST)

Cable Tray (CB-CT) Providing & erecting hot dipped galvanised ladder type cable tray manufactured from 16 SWG GI sheet of 150 mm width & 100 mm height with required standard accessories.

Dismantling brick masonry in Mud and stacking the materials as directed with all leads, lifts etc. complete.

Providing second class Burnt Brick masonry with conventional/ I.S. type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundations and plinth of inner walls/ in plinth external walls including bailing out water manually , striking joints on unexposed faces, raking out joints on exposed faces and watering etc. Complete.

Painting letter on main building as directed by Engineer in charge with cost of scaffolding, paint brush etc.

BASIC TEST OF CEMENT: Standard Consistancy, Fineness, Specific Gravity, Setting Time ( Initial & Final ), Compressive Strength, Soundness.

FINE AGGREGATE: Fineness Modulus ( Sieve Analysis ),Silt & Clay Content

BRICKS: Water Absorption (Set of 5 Bricks), Compressive Strength( Set of 5 Bricks), Efflorescence (Set of 5 Bricks).

MORTOR: Compressive Strength.( Set of 3 Cubes)
