Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth,1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.- All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including, watering, ramming consolidating and dressing complete.

Supplying and filling with gravel (excluding rock) in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller,or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes capacity including all leads and lift (payment will be made based on level measurement)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:2:4 (1 cement:2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:3:6 (1 cement:3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:4:8 (1 cement:4coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls , return walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centring,shuttering and finishing:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth three wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum / gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by manual means - Water bound macadam Gr-I with Gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth 3 wheeld steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite Crushable type such as moorum or gravel for screening and gravel for binding to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density - by manual means - Water bound macadam Gr-II with moorum or gravel screening. (As per MoRTH specification, 4th Revision)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form for:Foundations , footings, bases of columns ,etc. for mass concrete.- Using steel sheet with M.S.frames

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete - Thermo - Mechanically treated bars(ISI BRAND OF APPROVED MAKE) including placing the M30 grade Athees make cover block @ 60cm centre to centre

Cleaning the existing W.B.M. road surface including removing of binding material and other foreign matter with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to receive bituminous treatment. As per clause no 502.4.2 and 503.3.1 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, heating bitumen in boiler and spraying the bitumen with sprayset fitted on bitumen boiler - on granular base such as WBM and WMM surfaces not bitumen primed. Rate of application 10kg/10sqm.

Providing and laying open graded premix carpet of 25mm thick on prepared surface in a single course as wearing course composed of specified size of stone aggregates premix with a bituminous binder in mini hot mix plant 6-10 tonne laying manually and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne but excluding cost of rimer/tack coat. As per clause no 509 of MOST specification.

Providing and applying liquid seal coat, type `A' comprising of a layer of bituminous binder, followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8 to 10 tonne. As per clause no 513 of MOST specification.

Supplying and fixing of steel grill work of m.s. angles,flats,squares and pipes including cost of welding charges, fixing in position in masonry walls with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nnominal size) including one coat of priming coat etc. complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing, hoisting and fixing upto plinth level precast reinforced cement concrete for drain cover slab of length varying upto 1.50m of various thickness including the cost of required centring, shuttering, and finishing smooth with 6mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) on all faces of the slab but excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.1/2:3 (1 cement: 1.1/2 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
