Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in, Hard rock requiring blasting, but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed watered consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead, and lift etc., complete complying with standard specifications. ( Narrow foundation)

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with M sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compactedetc., complete complying with standard specification.

Filling in foundation and basement with Excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compactedetc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing and laying Plain Cement concrete of 1:5:10 ( one cement Five M sand and Ten aggregate) using 40mm HBGS jelly (well graded) confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredients by mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, compacting and finishing the surface, watering, curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers for( FOUNDATION BASE COURSE)

Supplying and erecting Steel shuttering including necessary supports for Plane Surfaces in foundation and basement for reinforced cement concrete works such column footings, plinth beam, Grade beam, Stair Case steps, bed blocks etc., which requires only nominal strutting using stiffened with mild steel sheets of suitable size 90cm x60cm and BG 10 stiffened with mild steel angles of size mm of 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boardinglaid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 60 cm centre to centre and supported by the casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia paced at 75 cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc., complete

Brick work in following Cement Mortar for the following Clay using best burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" with class desingnation of 7.5 Gf with for foundation, basement& superstructures including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specification.

For basement in cm 1: 5

For super structure in G.F CM 1:6

Brick partition walls of 11.50cm thickness using best clay burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" with class desingnation of 7.5 Gf in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) using hoop iron reinforCement if found necessary including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Hoop iron reinforCement will be measured and paid for separately)
