M&L removing damaged APP modified water proofing membrane and cleaning the surface by wire brush and water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4, including finishing even and smooth with out using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement over cleaned roof surface, as in grading to RCC roof surface,complete all as specified. Note - Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for applying fibre reinorcement elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflecivity index (SRI) upto 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @ 10.76 ltr/10 Sqm. One coat of self -priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid 500 microns) after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Make : CICO Thermoseal XL or equivalent in MYK arment , BASF,FOSROC.

Cleaning of roughened surface of sunken floor by brushing with wire brush to remove all dirt and apply a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm and Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC finished rough (sunken floor/wall) and then applying two course treatment as follow :- (i) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.40Kg/Sqm (ii) Laying APP (Atactic polypropylene) modified membrance 3mm thick and weighting not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm with 100 GSM/Sqm non woven polyester mat as center core reinforcement, laid with 75 mm side over lap and 100mm end over lap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and over lap sealed and finished neat. (iii) 40mm bore GI pipe for spout pipe length 0.75m

Cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 (40mm stone agg ) as filling in sunken floor as in any situation complete all as spd and dir.

Cement concrete (75mm thick) type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor cpmplete all as spd and dir

S & F in repair vitreous squating pan of orissa pattern long pan of size 580 mm white with cast iron p or s trap with back inlet including flush pipe of suitable length to connection with existing cistern & make good complete all as spd and dir.

S&F Vitreous china wash down water closet pan “Pedestal Pattern” white with wc seat cover coloured closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminized hinging device including pvc flush pipe and joints etc and connection to drain, flushing, pipe, anti- syphonage pipe, and fixing arrangements with fixing bolts etc ,complete all as specified and directed
