Earth work in excavation in Hard soil within 50 Mtr initial lead and 1.5 mtr. initial lift including rough dressing the bed as per direction of engineer in charge ( In Foundation & Plinth )

Conveyance of surplus materials i.e. earth , dimatalled materials within 5 K.M. lead without loading into tractor/tipper but with unloading at disposal site etc. complete.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth with sand well-watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of the material, cost of all labour, T&P etc., required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) using 40mm size hard black granite Crosser broken metal approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting laying using concrete mixture and vibrators including cost, carriage, royalty, cost of all labour T.&P. etc complete and as directed by E.I.C.

Providing R.C.C. M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, T&P centering shuttering etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement . R.C.C. foundation,column bases etc.

R.C.C. Column & Beam

Cutting, bending, binding M.S. or tor rod R.C.C. work including tying the grills and placing in position including cost of steel and binding wire.

Supplying all Materials, Labour, T&P for providing Mild Steel tubular Posts, and Trusses and Base Plates made out of ERW tubes, Grade YST 210 conforming to ISS No. 1161/79 (3rd Revision) duly painted with red oxide Primer etc Complete.

Supply, Fitting & Fixing with Febricating , Erecting tensile fabric Roofing excluding Foundation Work & Steel Work in build up tubular Truss but including wires , cables , chemical fasteners , Shackle , rigging screws, Clamps , tensioning Hardware etc. of approved brand & make complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge . Fixing Granite Tiles (20mm thick) ( above 0.40 Sqm.) in floors treads of steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1 ) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile including rubbing and polishing complete.

Painting 2 coats with any approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Priming 1 coat with any approved primer including cost of paint & primer.

Providing Photographs , Placing & Fixing of transparency board at Work Site etc. complete .

Cost of Operation & Maintenance for a period of 3 years after the date of Completion ( Which will be Paid after completion of maintenance work , if Required during the O& M Period of 3 Years ) @ 3% of the Total Amount (A) .
